"All of the staff including the Doctor were wonderful and I was able to get an appointment quickly. I thought I needed a root canal and the Doctor confirmed that. The nice thing is that they do root canals in the office. Lots of other dentists make you go to someone else for root canals. I gave them a four instead of a five because their office could use a refresh. It’s looking well worn. The other reason is that they don’t have any parking and street parking is a little difficult to find. I got the impression that most of their patients walked to the office but I’m in Westchester and had to drive."

"I had an old problem which got worse overtime that needed immediate attention and opted to do implants the staff was phenomenal I met with the financial consultant MARCIA and she set me up with the oral surgeon who was excellent Dr Marshal he removed and implanted the anchors while I was on local anesthesia and I didn't feel any PAIN WHATSOEVER ! It was just amazing considering the anxiety I had about doing this type of procedure. This office is excellent in my opinion. And SHA hope I'm spelling it correctly she was super friendly and knowledgeable in adjusting my temporary bridge that I need till my healing is complete she also gave me my pain meds and antibiotics that I needed right there at the office so if your indecisive of where to go for implant work I would recommend coming in and speaking with Marcia @ this Yonkers office I was a little nervous as anyone would be looking for an implant office but this office is definitely qualified for this type of dental work 5 stars for me *****"

After my cleaning, I was seen by a very personable dentist, who assured me my teeth were in good shape, after viewing my xrays. Wonderful dental team at Concerned Dental Care on 91st and Amsterdam Avenue. I will return in 6 minths for another checkup."

"I go to this practice because my union insurance is contracted with them; however, despite the busy office atmosphere, All employees were very helpful and I would recommend going here. The doctors and hygienist are mostly helpful and the facility uses top of the line current equipment for diagnosis. This practice also accepts what the insurance provides and does not charge the balance to the patient."

"I went to concerned dental Care of Farmingville today to have major work done on my top teeth that had cracked front teeth and a tooth missing with a broken retainer holding in a tooth in a tooth wear the space was. Dr. Fahima Mahmud and Anthony her dental assistant did all the work to make me caps and fix my teeth and make a temporary set to wear home while the new set was made. I was in the chair 3 hours! They don't have sweet air! They were so professional and caring and made sure I was comfortable and given enough novocaine that I wouldn't experience any pain! When they were down to the last tooth, I told the doctor I felt pain and was immediately given more novocaine! I go back in 2 weeks to get my new teeth!"
"Today’s appointment was a very pleasant experience from beginning to completion. This was my spouse first time here and left very happy with all aspects of the treatment provided. The entire staff was courteous, warm, welcoming and professional. Staff maximize time leaving no delay in service from one point to the next with an excellent time in completion of service. As fast as the waiting room accumulated a crowd, that crowd was serviced even faster emptying the waiting area. The doctor/dentist as well as the hygienist, x-ray technician and receptionist took their time to explain all aspects of the services provided leaving no stone unturned."

"Today I had another excellent experience at Concerned Dental Care of Westchester. I had a tight schedule and mistakenly forgot to reschedule this appointment which conflicted with a class presentation. I arrived extra early for my appointment in case the 8:00 a.m. person missed their appointment or was late. The front desk staff was so helpful and I was out in time to make my virtual presentation. I have very sensitive gums and have always experienced pain during my regular cleanings. Marilyn, the dental hygienist was very friendly and gentle with my cleaning. She was quick and provided wonderful service. Because of past dental issues, I have had to pay extra money with each cleaning even having cleanings done 4 times a year. Since going to Concerned Dental Care of Westchester, I have reduced my visits to twice a year with no extra expenses. I am thankful to my new dentist , Dr. Maksim Ndoj and his expert and caring staff."

Paola is the best hygienist I have ever had which is why I only use her for my cleanings. She is very good at her job without me feeling any pain. I have had other hygienists who have caused me pain in my mouth as well as headaches when they finished. I never had those problems with Paola. I returned to the waiting room to finish the paperwork but was then called for my X-rays. The technician was great. She was friendly & professional; she made sure all of the pictures were clear before I returned to the waiting room once again. I still hadn’t finished the forms when I was called in to see Dr. Endoy. While I waited in the chair I finished the paperwork. Dr. Endoy was in to see me within a few minutes of me being in the chair. He always puts me at ease. He does a cancer check before actually checking my teeth. Again, he is the only dentist I have ever had do that. All of my services were completed without me waiting very long at all. I had my cleaning , X-rays & check-up all completed within 45minutes. I highly recommend Paola & Dr. Endoy at Concerned Dental Care for your dental needs."

Also the X-ray technician was absolutely gentle seeing I was in an awful lot of pain 😭. My hat goes out to the sympathetic young lady in your finance department.
