"I had a 10:30 appointment. I waited a good 45 minutes to be X-rayed and was called in for my cleaning another 30 minutes later. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive as was Maxine my hygienist who was also kind, attentive, friendly and thorough as usual. I waited another 30 minutes for the dentist (Dr. Scwharz). All in all I was satisfied with the visit. I like the way the facility has been renovated."

"So, after 3 years of not going to my dentist, I finally went today. This is unlike me but grad school got in the way...not necessarily a bad thing for me but very bad for my teeth. I have been going there for years; they are amazing. I was so very sad to hear of Dr. Rodopoulus' passing. She was bar none THE best dentist I ever had. Rest in peace. With that said, they welcomed me back with the same compassion and professionalism that I always received from Dr. A (Rodopoulus) and her team (special shout out to dental hygienist, LaToya, who I missed out on seeing today). With that said, Beth Epstein, my new dental hygienist was just incredible. She was kind, professional and caring. After several years without a cleaning, she did an incredible job. She was with me the entire time, up until I checked out to make my next appointment. The reception staff was also very accommodating. Thank you Concerned Dental for being so efficient and making my appointments as comfortable as possible. I would not even think of going anywhere else."

"I have been coming to Concerned Dental for a number of years now and am always happy to see my hygienist, Kristy. Kristy is polite, professional, and always makes you feel safe in her chair. She is a great educator and gives a ton of helpful tips and ideas to keep your gums healthy. I have also had wonderful experiences with Latoya and Dr. Ganz - who gave me a beautiful new cap ahead of a special event. The only small caveat is that it's a bit of a wait to see the dentist at the end. But, it's a pleasure to be at their office with their kind staff."
"Recently my employer dental insurance has changed to DMO/HMO which my very last dental office near home had dropped this type of insurance. So now looking to make an appt I needed to find an office that did accept. So I phoned Alexandra from Concerned Dental, an office that i visited prior to my last one, & was pleasantly surprised they accepted this change in insurance.I had attempted weeks ago to find the next dental office i was going to visit but began & then put it off. It was too much of a hassle. This time I drove all the way over to the default dental office the insurance was giving me. That's when I said let me give Concerned Dental a last call & see if they accept my Guardian. Sure enough they do! Thanks to Alexandra & her efforts I know I'll be in good hands. "On 12/3/24 I had a 3 pm appt & arrived about 15 minutes early. Signed in & was told all the paperwork was complete. I waited a few minutes & Paola called me for my cleaning. She’s my favorite hygienist because of her work ethic. She is thorough & personable. After my cleaning was completed I returned to the waiting room. I was next called for my X-rays. Again a friendly but professional technician did my X-rays. Once again I returned to the waiting room. Next I was taken to a room for me to be checked by Dr. Endoy. He always checks my teeth, lymph nodes & under my tongue. I always feel I have been treated well & look forward to my next appointment. Thank you to all the staff at Concerned Dental!June 2024Had a 9am appointment. Arrived a few minutes early. I was given forms to update my account. Even though I hadn’t finished my paperwork Paola called me in for my cleaning. Paola is the best hygienist I have ever had which is why I only use her for my cleanings. She is very good at her job without me feeling any pain. I have had other hygienists who have caused me pain in my mouth as well as headaches when they finished. I never had those problems with Paola.I returned to the waiting room to finish the paperwork but was then called for my X-rays. The technician was great. She was friendly & professional; she made sure all of the pictures were clear before I returned to the waiting room once again.I still hadn’t finished the forms when I was called in to see Dr. Endoy. While I waited in the chair I finished the paperwork. Dr. Endoy was in to see me within a few minutes of me being in the chair. He always puts me at ease. He does a cancer check before actually checking my teeth. Again, he is the only dentist I have ever had do that.All of my services were completed without me waiting very long at all. I had my cleaning , X-rays & check-up all completed within 45minutes.I highly recommend Paola & Dr. Endoy at Concerned Dental Care for your dental needs.Today, Friday, June 6, 2025 I had appointments with my hygienist, Paola, and dentist, Dr. Endoy. I am thoroughly pleased with both; they’re professional and a pleasure to have them work on my teeth. The appointment runs smoothly from start to finish. Taken before scheduled appointment to get x-rays done then only a few minutes wait before Paola calls me in. Then just a few more minutes wait between finishing with hygienist and being seen by Dr. Endoy. He gives the most extensive check up by a dentist that I have ever had. He checks for signs of cancer in throat, mouth and under tongue besides checking my teeth. This is all done in minutes. He really puts you at ease. No fear of my dentist here!Today, 12/8/25, saw both Paola(hygienist) & Dr. Endoy. As usual both were professional, timely & listened to my concerns. They’re the best. After speaking with them I was also able to get my husband in on an emergency visit. Thank you so much for listening to your patients."

I offered help. Person (female, blonde) waved me off. She continued to loudly complain but did so speaking loudly to front desk staff from her office. My confidence in him again supported. Katie & Anne were very helpful identifying costs (paid in advance). Professional all around. Dr. Dhar did a fantastic job on my teeth. Dental hygienist's were very emphatic. And Chris remains a bi-yearly delight.They deserve better office support. Calls are not returned. And office staff speak too loudly on their patient and personal calls. Seated in treatment chair, each time, it is a concern, a HIPPA violation perhaps, to hear a staff person discuss financial and treatment issues, loud enough to hear. (Grateful Dr. Dhar used his phone to channel in music to try to distract from staff loud conversations.)Professional staff and two at front dest, and Cindy, deserve a 5+. Person in office behind front desk, and folks who are responsible to return calls but don't , sadly diminish the overall experience."

"Love my Hygenist Latisha, she makes you feel like family. Never in all my years (53) have I ever looked forward to getting my teeth cleaned. This use to be my 2nd most hated appointment. She’s gentle, she applies lubricant to the lips because they get dry during the cleaning never had that done before, lips be like desert storm. Before you rinse she flosses whatever could still possible be in between those tight spots and finally you rinse with mouthwash. Ohhh, almost forgot she has you rinse with mouthwash before she starts cause that morning breath still there sometimes for some and those possible breakfast particles 😂"

I never had those problems with Paola.I returned to the waiting room to finish the paperwork but was then called for my X-rays. The technician was great. While I waited in the chair I finished the paperwork. Dr. Endoy was in to see me within a few minutes of me being in the chair. He always puts me at ease. He does a cancer check before actually checking my teeth. Again, he is the only dentist I have ever had do that.All of my services were completed without me waiting very long at all. I am thoroughly pleased with both; they’re professional and a pleasure to have them work on my teeth. The appointment runs smoothly from start to finish. Taken before scheduled appointment to get x-rays done then only a few minutes wait before Paola calls me in. Then just a few more minutes wait between finishing with hygienist and being seen by Dr. Endoy. He gives the most extensive check up by a dentist that I have ever had. He checks for signs of cancer in throat, mouth and under tongue besides checking my teeth. This is all done in minutes. He really puts you at ease. No fear of my dentist here!"
