"So, after 3 years of not going to my dentist, I finally went today. This is unlike me but grad school got in the way...not necessarily a bad thing for me but very bad for my teeth. I have been going there for years; they are amazing. I was so very sad to hear of Dr. Rodopoulus' passing. She was bar none THE best dentist I ever had. Rest in peace. With that said, they welcomed me back with the same compassion and professionalism that I always received from Dr. A (Rodopoulus) and her team (special shout out to dental hygienist, LaToya, who I missed out on seeing today). With that said, Beth Epstein, my new dental hygienist was just incredible. She was kind, professional and caring. After several years without a cleaning, she did an incredible job. She was with me the entire time, up until I checked out to make my next appointment. The reception staff was also very accommodating. Thank you Concerned Dental for being so efficient and making my appointments as comfortable as possible. I would not even think of going anywhere else."

I have also had wonderful experiences with Latoya and Dr. Ganz - who gave me a beautiful new cap ahead of a special event. What I love most about Cindy is Her professionalism and her knowledge of the insurances and the job that she does. Her Knowledge is key to a successful establishment!"
"Went for my root canal and temporary crown today. They were able to get both appointments done in the same day as I have anxiety with needles so I didnāt want to have to be numbed twice. They numbed me once and for the entire time during both appointments I was completely numb and very comfortable, no pain at all. Itās been a few hours since the numbness wore off and honestly Iām not in much pain, very mild. Great experience."

"I went to concerned dental Care of Farmingville today to have major work done on my top teeth that had cracked front teeth and a tooth missing with a broken retainer holding in a tooth in a tooth wear the space was. Dr. Fahima Mahmud and Anthony her dental assistant did all the work to make me caps and fix my teeth and make a temporary set to wear home while the new set was made. I was in the chair 3 hours! They don't have sweet air! They were so professional and caring and made sure I was comfortable and given enough novocaine that I wouldn't experience any pain! When they were down to the last tooth, I told the doctor I felt pain and was immediately given more novocaine! I go back in 2 weeks to get my new teeth!"

"First I want to say I literally have a panic attack before I go to the dentist. This has been since I was a child. Since I've been seeing Kristy as my hygienist it's not as intense. I look forward to going in for my cleaning without tears. She is the best hygienist I have ever had! The one time I didn't realize my appointment wasn't with her I honestly was upset about it. AND she was there that day! I am required to go every 3 months for a cleaning. I am convinced she is the reason I haven't been referred back to the periodontist. She deep cleans my gums so well my mouth feels fresh for days AND I'm afraid to start eating again š If she left this office. I would definitely be upset and I would probably follow her. If I ever needed to have another procedure done in the office (which I do and I've been putting it off) I might need her there to calm me down before they begin LOLMy "favorite" dentist left the practice years ago and I wasn't happy about it...luckily I liked the new one.I hope this practice gives Kristy whatever she wants she is definitely an asset. Several accidents and poor care from the VA left my smile broken and crooked but Concerned always saw to my needs and worked diligently with my employer's insurance, even when it changed, to get me the best care and cosmetics. Referral was emailed, but the file wouldnāt open, I email them back, no response after 3+ days. So I call them again on three separate days, multiple times per dayā no answer. Left three messages, no call back. I found it very interesting that every single time I called, I got sent to voicemail, so I dialed again with *67. What do you know! "I like this office. I donāt know why there is a lot of negative reviews on the oral surgeon. He extracted 4 of my wisdom teeth and although I was awake during the procedure, I didnāt feel pain during it. Of course, I have pain post extractions but that is normal and I think he is a good surgeon who was very polite and did a good job. He even said I was a great patient. I also go here now for cleanings and the ladies at the desk are wonderful."
