Very gentle and concerned with your oral care, suggestions of what oral products would help with your oral routine and her care while cleaning your teeth the best. Her affirmations just make you feel like a kid being rewarded for good work with a big chocolate chip cookie or slice of cake 😁. And Dr T is the icing on the cake so gentle kind and caring. Glad my old dental office stopped accepting my insurance. Wait how could I forget the attractive salt and pepper heart beauty at the front desk always has a smile always helps when I call"

"Had a 9am appointment. Arrived a few minutes early. I was given forms to update my account. Even though I hadn’t finished my paperwork Paola called me in for my cleaning. Paola is the best hygienist I have ever had which is why I only use her for my cleanings. She is very good at her job without me feeling any pain. I have had other hygienists who have caused me pain in my mouth as well as headaches when they finished. I never had those problems with Paola. I returned to the waiting room to finish the paperwork but was then called for my X-rays. The technician was great. She was friendly & professional; she made sure all of the pictures were clear before I returned to the waiting room once again. I still hadn’t finished the forms when I was called in to see Dr. Endoy. While I waited in the chair I finished the paperwork. Dr. Endoy was in to see me within a few minutes of me being in the chair. He always puts me at ease. He does a cancer check before actually checking my teeth. Again, he is the only dentist I have ever had do that. All of my services were completed without me waiting very long at all. I had my cleaning , X-rays & check-up all completed within 45minutes. I highly recommend Paola & Dr. Endoy at Concerned Dental Care for your dental needs."

Kris the hygienist is a pro who treats us all like family, and I don’t know how he does it but he always remembers your name. Dr. Dar had been, assisted by Nicole, taking care of my dental needs over the past two years. They are a terrific professional team. Without hesitation, if you need an assessment, dental repair or advice, both of these exemplar professionals will patiently answer any questions. And, their pain management techniques are effective! The Office Manager, Christine, has been with this group over 19 years and is so knowledgeable about coverage. Very pleased, over 20+ years, and a few changes, overall, with service and support."

"Maxine was my dental hygienist for each of my cleanings. She is so thorough, she does a wonderful job. She does NOT give 3 minute cleanings, oh no! She goes in! (which is what I love- I enjoy it a little rough) She will take care of you completely. I'm so comfortable I almost fall asleep in the chair knowing I have nothing to worry about because she's going to do the job I'm paying for. She answers all questions and makes sure you leave satisfied and have a chance to speak with your dentist if you'd like. She always has suggestions to improve my dental health that nowhere in my 30+ years I've ever heard of in any other dental office. This office is expeditious and thorough. I can't see me going anywhere else. They have lots of services as well, and offer them at reasonable prices."

"I've been searching for a dentist for a couple of weeks due to severe pain plus extras to be done on my teeth.. however due to insurance changes/ coverage I had to call several dentists in the Bronx to see who took my plan... Lol 🤣 still waiting for call backs. So I started to do some foot works and I ended up in the right office. The staff greeted me offered me the earliest appointment available. WOW if I knew THIS office was a few blocks from where I live I'd able to smile 😁 more. Dr. Schwartz was amazing..he made sure I was comfortable along side his assistant... Also the X-ray technician was absolutely gentle seeing I was in an awful lot of pain 😭. My hat goes out to the sympathetic young lady in your finance department. She comforted me after I heard what the financial damage would be... I was overwhelmed and shed a few tears😭😭... But she somehow softened the blow Looking forward to my next 2 visits. "Concerned Dental Farmingville is amazing. Im there for several Root Canals and the women that work there are more than Amazing the girls at the desk too. So kind, & patient! This location is crazy busy n the girls at the front desk were still so sweet and helpful. Didn’t rush me out or make me feel like I was a bother. Bonnie & another( DA) I didn't catch her name she has amazing (eye lashes ) both were so lovely to me. I kinda had a mini breakdown in the chair tears were streaming JEN oh JEN !! I dnt know what wld of happened if it wasn’t for her, she stayed with me and calmed me down for like 15 minutes she didn’t leave my side, she started to chat with me to help calm me down and it worked 😊 That’s what being in healthcare is all about going that lil extra mile for your patient's I appreciated that more than she will ever know I Love this place !!"

I'm checking reviews because they recommended an expensive procedure that my (admittedly sub-par) insurance won't cover, and I wanted to see if it is worth the cost of getting a second opinion. "I had a great cleaning with my hygienist Ms.Facey. My issue is with the reception. When I arrived it was 10 minutes before my appointment which was 11am. I sat there, was not given any paperwork and they did not inform my hygienist that I was there. She was too busy laughing and chatting at the front. When I saw my hygienist was 22 minutes after 11am. I had to go up to the reception area and ask her if she informed Ms. Facey that I was there. She thought I didn’t make it. When it was time for me to see Dr. Schwartz, his assistant asked if I was given paperwork to fill out. I was not. The reception has to do better."

Currently been here for about an hr now, had a 1530p appt and it's almost 1630p, while sitting in the waiting area I've heard multiple patients complain about wait time after they've gone over their appt time given. I do overstand everyone is here for different things so it varies from person to person but I will say coming from my previous dentist (horrible Park Ave Smiles) I'm a bit weary but let's see how this goes as I'm here to give the benefit of the doubt first!! I'm waiting to be seen by the dentist so that we can go over my x-rays.. I will update my review once I have completed my visit!"

"First I want to say I literally have a panic attack before I go to the dentist. This has been since I was a child. Since I've been seeing Kristy as my hygienist it's not as intense. I look forward to going in for my cleaning without tears. She is the best hygienist I have ever had! The one time I didn't realize my appointment wasn't with her I honestly was upset about it. AND she was there that day! I am required to go every 3 months for a cleaning. I am convinced she is the reason I haven't been referred back to the periodontist. She deep cleans my gums so well my mouth feels fresh for days AND I'm afraid to start eating again 😝 If she left this office. I would definitely be upset and I would probably follow her. If I ever needed to have another procedure done in the office (which I do and I've been putting it off) I might need her there to calm me down before they begin LOL My "favorite" dentist left the practice years ago and I wasn't happy about it...luckily I liked the new one. I hope this practice gives Kristy whatever she wants she is definitely an asset. Don't lose her! She is the type of person that patients will be happy to see and continue to return. "I love Dr Soria, I’m not sure if that’s the correct spelling. He has always been professional and courteous with me. He also provides a friendly atmosphere and he does great work. The rest of the staff is very nice. The only complaint I have is one of the girls at the desk when you walk in. She has an accent , dark hair. She was there today when I had an appointment. She isn’t very friendly and was snippy on the phone. All the other girls have been great so far. Maybe she was having a bad day the past few times I’ve spoken to her. "I was originally attending the Bronx location, regrettably the worst years that I experienced visiting the dentist. Horrible location where the phone is NEVER answered and you have to email the front desk for any type of correspondence, it's an apartment that they transformed into a dental office. Do yourself a favor and switch immediately if you have commercial health insurance/dental benefits. The best thing I ever did was switch to the Westchester location where they have a parking lot and professionals working the front desk, who answer the phone with every call, submit proper paper work and don't take almost 2 years to get approvals by submitting work for wrong teeth. (The horrific list for the bronx can go on and on, however, since deciding to make the switch, am beyond happy and satisfied) Everyone in the Westchester location is welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Maksim Ndoj is the best that I've ever incurred throughout my years of visiting the dentist, he was funny, awesome bedside manner and was super thorough! I couldn't be happier that I ended up having him as my dentist and hope to be so fortunate that he remains to be. Thank you for turning such a horrible experience into the best one yet!"

Several accidents and poor care from the VA left my smile broken and crooked but Concerned always saw to my needs and worked diligently with my employer's insurance, even when it changed, to get me the best care and cosmetics. Once, my sinuses were so congested it felt like I needed a root canal. It was a Saturday and they were past closing time but they took me in for x-rays. The DDS reassured and relieved me. "Giving only 5 star to Alexandria Dr. Schwartz, and his Assistant Hector which was the Assistant to Dr. Greene the surgeon when he originally did the implants, like approximately Four yrs that when they had a perfect staff. Now the staff is broken with no surgeon, still the financial officer is still there, and I believe the company now has become all about ascertaining as much money as they can out of pocket, the receptionist and front desk staff never pick up the phone, and I do not know who oversee this office, there needs to be more supervision of staff when it comes to the front desk for appt etc. When there was supervision was when the Surgeon Dr. Greene worked there and Dr. Jay Feinsterock was in charge, Dr. Greene he put in my complete front implants and support implant dentures, The whole process went perfect and instead of 8 to 9 months to heal, being a woman of God, the healing was 5 month cost me a fortune everything including the support implant dentures went perfect. Took 4 yrs to pay off the two Loans. One of the tooth came out of the support denture cost me a fortune for replacement and two crowns, and new support implant dentures, I’m in debt for the next two years. In my opinion I believe the molding 2-3 times loosen the screw in the implant, now since there is no surgeon there since Dr. Greene left, I’ve been referred to another surgeon to try and remove the broken screw. Hopefully the implant won’t be damaged. I will now begin the question them about their warranty process for their quality of work for the out of this world prices the financial officer charge for the work. This is something that needs to address. Since they know you have credit, it seems they try and get as much money as they can, and put the individual like myself in 2-3-4 yrs to pay off the Loan. Quality has changed since Dr, Feinsterstock put the company’s into Concern Dental and since the surgeon Dr. Greene left. In my opinion They need to hire another professional all around surgeon and dental specialist. They also need other receptionist like Alexandra who will pick up phones and care about their jobs and the customer who pay their salaries by paying for the work."

Before i used to be so scared to even go inside , crazy panic attacks and have all the fear raging through my body. "Hello my name is Jeanine and I'm a patient at concern dental I've had so many dentists in the past not good the stuff they did is already falling out just about the whole atmosphere of dentist office weren't good concerned dental I got greeted like I was a person they've known forever everybody that works there and I'm going to name them by name Jen Cheryl Emily Evan Dr Herman Dr wortenberg and Dr Ganz have shown such amazing talents I should say the root canals I have never had a root canal that I didn't have to get like knocked out for or guess nothing but Novocaine 10 minutes the best root canals I've ever had and I have seven more to go the other doctors you know one does extractions one does root canals one does crowns it's like one stop shopping the place itself the people of the front desk when you walk in you feel so comfortable all your worries go away I would recommend concerned dental to anybody it's in farmingville they have other offices but I don't know where you only have to do is Google it but I'm telling you if you need a dentist that's the place to go"

"Two stars because the visit itself was nice, no issues. Two stars because I asked for a referral, left a message, no call back, but luckily I got ahold of someone the second time. Referral was emailed, but the file wouldn’t open, I email them back, no response after 3+ days. So I call them again on three separate days, multiple times per day– no answer. Left three messages, no call back. I found it very interesting that every single time I called, I got sent to voicemail, so I dialed again with *67. What do you know! They answered within one ring and the issue was resolved promptly. Very interesting, almost makes me say, “WTF,” because I don’t know why a medical office would dodge a patient’s calls. I would not recommend this place."
"Careful with this business and be sure to keep your receipts. I was assured that the billing specialists would inform me of any uncovered charges prior to receiving treatment. This was not the case. Upon leaving my second appointment I was surprised on the way out of charges that were not disclosed prior to treatment. I paid the charges in full immediately BUT received a duplicate bill in the mail a month later for the same charges. Fortunately, I kept my receipt which I took to the office upon which they immediately dropped the mailed bill. Again, fortunately, I didn’t just pay the duplicate mailed bill without checking. As an aside, I did not follow through with the suggested treatment plan because they could not inform me of the full cost that the entire procedure would be prior to starting the treatment plan. This to me was a deceptive practice as once the first step was completed (which cost several thousand dollars) the second step (for which they could not quote a price) would be necessary to complete. It felt like a potential "financial hostage" situation that I wanted no part of. It’s unfortunate as I felt the dentist was reasonable and likely highly skilled. It’s just the billing/clerical coordination of care was opaque."
