"I have been with Concerned Dental Care for many Years. I had one unpleasant experience with them. One of their Periodontal surgeon was very uncaring and rude. I explained to her that ,she was very rough when operating on me.She replied " well I needed to get everything out!." She was so Rude and so unconcerned that I was crying and in pain. She had no regards to my feelings and her Manger was the same. I was TRAUMATIZED. Almost a year later I returned to them, due to my limited dental insurance. Today 2/25 I had a pleasant experience everyone was attentive and informative. But most of all they were Pleasant and good patient ethics.They do not have doors in the patients rooms, So you laying there getting worked on your mouth or having a consultation and People passing bye looking in. No Privacy."

"My experience at this office was really niceāeveryone was kind, funny, and personable. As someone with severe dental anxiety, I felt at ease and not at all judged. I used to hate the idea of the dentist, but now I actually look forward to taking care of my dental health. One issue to note: the phone number listed on Google connects to an AI system that may schedule appointments the office doesnāt recognize. This happened to me, but luckily, they fit me in for a consultation. They do have another number you can text or call, so I hope they make that clearer online. Aside from that, I highly recommend this place!"

"I have a 10am appointment for a consultation. I arrived at 10am. I was not greeted at first for 3 minutes standing at the front desk. I feel just a look or a nod of Acknowledgement, ( That we see you standing and we will be with you in one moment.) Should have been a response from one of the 3 front desk representatives. Once i was greeded the representative was quite polite. I was asked for my information then give paperwork to fill out while I sat and waited to be called. 20 minutes later I was called into take x rays. The x ray tech was very polite very knowledgeable and the experience was very quick and painless. Great job. Then I was told to return to my set I would be called in shortly. I was called back in about 10 minutes. Again this was very quick and efficient. The office was very clean and all the staff members that I had contact with where very friendly. The Doctors can into the room within 6 minutes of me being seated. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Job well done."
"It's truly a 4.5 experience because everything was positive except for the accessibility issue. I thought I wouldn't be able to enter but a nice attendee helped pull my chair in. Also the hallway was narrow and a bit cramped but the Doctors, helpers, nurses, and other professionals were fabulous. I would recommend this dental experience."

Offices seemed clean and well equipped for good patient care. Dr. Maksim Ndoj deserves the highest commendation for his personal and professional demeanor and care in the installation of two crowns. He worked diligently to insure that the crowns were a perfect and painless fit. "Sha" (last name I don't recall) is also an exceptional and commendable professional there. I am quite pleased with total care received and will plan to return to this location for future dental care needs."

"First time using Concerned Dental of Westchester today 12/30/2024. I cracked a tooth last Thursday. After xrays and a consultation with the dentist, it was determined that not only the cracked tooth but one of my wisdom teeth should be removed. The crack was actually a split. I never had any teeth pulled before. The Oral Surgeon came in and went over my films with me and explained the procedure in detail. I decided to go for it. He actually talked me through the whole surgery, aftercare, etc, while he was performing. Having 2 teeth pulled was absolutely painless and I must say I was completely at ease. I highly recommend CDC of Westchester. Great dentist and surgeon!"

"Today I had the most pleasant experience ever in going to the dentist. I just changed to this provider and I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. I usually dread going to the dentist even for routine dental treatment such as cleanings because some dentist can be very aggressive and harsh, causing an unpleasant experience. Not to mention, the lack of attentiveness you may receive from uncourteous staff members. However, the staff here was so amazing. They were extremely kind, friendly, and hospitable. I arrived on time to my appointment and I was attended to right away, without delay. I received a teeth cleaning by Franchesca and she was so sweet, gentle, and very informative. I appreciated how she constantly made sure to ask if I was comfortable and educated me on helpful self care tips and info. It's refreshing to receive care from people who are truly passionate about what they do. Kudos to you guys for being so superb!"

"On 12/3/24 I had a 3 pm appt & arrived about 15 minutes early. Signed in & was told all the paperwork was complete. I waited a few minutes & Paola called me for my cleaning. Sheās my favorite hygienist because of her work ethic. She is thorough & personable. After my cleaning was completed I returned to the waiting room. I was next called for my X-rays. Again a friendly but professional technician did my X-rays. Once again I returned to the waiting room. Next I was taken to a room for me to be checked by Dr. Endoy. He always checks my teeth, lymph nodes & under my tongue. I always feel I have been treated well & look forward to my next appointment. Thank you to all the staff at Concerned Dental! June 2024 Had a 9am appointment. Arrived a few minutes early. I was given forms to update my account. Even though I hadnāt finished my paperwork Paola called me in for my cleaning. Paola is the best hygienist I have ever had which is why I only use her for my cleanings. She is very good at her job without me feeling any pain. I have had other hygienists who have caused me pain in my mouth as well as headaches when they finished. I never had those problems with Paola. I returned to the waiting room to finish the paperwork but was then called for my X-rays. The technician was great. She was friendly & professional; she made sure all of the pictures were clear before I returned to the waiting room once again. I still hadnāt finished the forms when I was called in to see Dr. Endoy. While I waited in the chair I finished the paperwork. Dr. Endoy was in to see me within a few minutes of me being in the chair. He always puts me at ease. He does a cancer check before actually checking my teeth. Again, he is the only dentist I have ever had do that. All of my services were completed without me waiting very long at all. I had my cleaning , X-rays & check-up all completed within 45minutes. I highly recommend Paola & Dr. Endoy at Concerned Dental Care for your dental needs."

I was overwhelmed and nervous for sure but he was very informative, nice, and personable. I ended up not having to pay anything and the memory of his kindness and great attitude sticks with me to this day. Iāve since moved but I am very grateful and still recommend people to go to him. All the associates treated me with respect. While I waited I watched a little bit of "Dances With Wolves," to help pass time - I had gotten there early. Ny only complaint is that the two TV sets should be working in the waiting room. One of them is not on."

"All of the staff including the Doctor were wonderful and I was able to get an appointment quickly. I thought I needed a root canal and the Doctor confirmed that. The nice thing is that they do root canals in the office. Lots of other dentists make you go to someone else for root canals. I gave them a four instead of a five because their office could use a refresh. Itās looking well worn. The other reason is that they donāt have any parking and street parking is a little difficult to find. I got the impression that most of their patients walked to the office but Iām in Westchester and had to drive."

"I had an old problem which got worse overtime that needed immediate attention and opted to do implants the staff was phenomenal I met with the financial consultant MARCIA and she set me up with the oral surgeon who was excellent Dr Marshal he removed and implanted the anchors while I was on local anesthesia and I didn't feel any PAIN WHATSOEVER ! It was just amazing considering the anxiety I had about doing this type of procedure. This office is excellent in my opinion. And SHA hope I'm spelling it correctly she was super friendly and knowledgeable in adjusting my temporary bridge that I need till my healing is complete she also gave me my pain meds and antibiotics that I needed right there at the office so if your indecisive of where to go for implant work I would recommend coming in and speaking with Marcia @ this Yonkers office I was a little nervous as anyone would be looking for an implant office but this office is definitely qualified for this type of dental work 5 stars for me *****"

"I went to concerned dental Care of Farmingville today to have major work done on my top teeth that had cracked front teeth and a tooth missing with a broken retainer holding in a tooth in a tooth wear the space was. Dr. Fahima Mahmud and Anthony her dental assistant did all the work to make me caps and fix my teeth and make a temporary set to wear home while the new set was made. I was in the chair 3 hours! They don't have sweet air! They were so professional and caring and made sure I was comfortable and given enough novocaine that I wouldn't experience any pain! When they were down to the last tooth, I told the doctor I felt pain and was immediately given more novocaine! I go back in 2 weeks to get my new teeth!"

"Had a 9am appointment. Arrived a few minutes early. I was given forms to update my account. Even though I hadnāt finished my paperwork Paola called me in for my cleaning. Paola is the best hygienist I have ever had which is why I only use her for my cleanings. She is very good at her job without me feeling any pain. I have had other hygienists who have caused me pain in my mouth as well as headaches when they finished. I never had those problems with Paola. I returned to the waiting room to finish the paperwork but was then called for my X-rays. The technician was great. She was friendly & professional; she made sure all of the pictures were clear before I returned to the waiting room once again. I still hadnāt finished the forms when I was called in to see Dr. Endoy. While I waited in the chair I finished the paperwork. Dr. Endoy was in to see me within a few minutes of me being in the chair. He always puts me at ease. He does a cancer check before actually checking my teeth. Again, he is the only dentist I have ever had do that. All of my services were completed without me waiting very long at all. I had my cleaning , X-rays & check-up all completed within 45minutes. I highly recommend Paola & Dr. Endoy at Concerned Dental Care for your dental needs."
