"I have a 10am appointment for a consultation. I arrived at 10am. I was not greeted at first for 3 minutes standing at the front desk. I feel just a look or a nod of Acknowledgement, ( That we see you standing and we will be with you in one moment.) Should have been a response from one of the 3 front desk representatives. Once i was greeded the representative was quite polite. I was asked for my information then give paperwork to fill out while I sat and waited to be called. 20 minutes later I was called into take x rays. The x ray tech was very polite very knowledgeable and the experience was very quick and painless. Great job. Then I was told to return to my set I would be called in shortly. I was called back in about 10 minutes. Again this was very quick and efficient. The office was very clean and all the staff members that I had contact with where very friendly. The Doctors can into the room within 6 minutes of me being seated. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Job well done."
"It's truly a 4.5 experience because everything was positive except for the accessibility issue. I thought I wouldn't be able to enter but a nice attendee helped pull my chair in. Also the hallway was narrow and a bit cramped but the Doctors, helpers, nurses, and other professionals were fabulous. I would recommend this dental experience."

"I had a 10:30 appointment for a cleaning, was checked in quickly asked to pay my fee which I had no problem paying electronically. I was called in on time and was out at 11:05. All the associates treated me with respect. While I waited I watched a little bit of "Dances With Wolves," to help pass time - I had gotten there early. Ny only complaint is that the two TV sets should be working in the waiting room. One of them is not on."

"All of the staff including the Doctor were wonderful and I was able to get an appointment quickly. I thought I needed a root canal and the Doctor confirmed that. The nice thing is that they do root canals in the office. Lots of other dentists make you go to someone else for root canals. I gave them a four instead of a five because their office could use a refresh. It’s looking well worn. The other reason is that they don’t have any parking and street parking is a little difficult to find. I got the impression that most of their patients walked to the office but I’m in Westchester and had to drive."

"Maxine was my dental hygienist for each of my cleanings. She is so thorough, she does a wonderful job. She does NOT give 3 minute cleanings, oh no! She goes in! (which is what I love- I enjoy it a little rough) She will take care of you completely. I'm so comfortable I almost fall asleep in the chair knowing I have nothing to worry about because she's going to do the job I'm paying for. She answers all questions and makes sure you leave satisfied and have a chance to speak with your dentist if you'd like. She always has suggestions to improve my dental health that nowhere in my 30+ years I've ever heard of in any other dental office. This office is expeditious and thorough. I can't see me going anywhere else. They have lots of services as well, and offer them at reasonable prices."

"I've been searching for a dentist for a couple of weeks due to severe pain plus extras to be done on my teeth.. however due to insurance changes/ coverage I had to call several dentists in the Bronx to see who took my plan... Lol 🤣 still waiting for call backs. So I started to do some foot works and I ended up in the right office. The staff greeted me offered me the earliest appointment available. WOW if I knew THIS office was a few blocks from where I live I'd able to smile 😁 more. Dr. Schwartz was amazing..he made sure I was comfortable along side his assistant... Also the X-ray technician was absolutely gentle seeing I was in an awful lot of pain 😭. My hat goes out to the sympathetic young lady in your finance department. She comforted me after I heard what the financial damage would be... I was overwhelmed and shed a few tears😭😭... But she somehow softened the blow Looking forward to my next 2 visits. Very happy 😊 with the service and I do hope that your staff will continue to shine. God bless 🙏😇❤️"

"My son is a patient here, so far the patient had been good. The dental hygienist who last saw my son this month (July 2023) is absolutely great!!! I believe her name is Blanca (or Bianca) as she is super friendly, efficient, and thorough! Warning that parking can be difficult in that area. We normally do not wait long for x-rays and cleaning but wait time for the dentist has taken longer. Our last visit took a lot longer due to waiting for the dentist (although he is always super nice) but he just walked in, said the xrays looked great and that was it. The overall office staff is nice."

"Giving only 5 star to Alexandria Dr. Schwartz, and his Assistant Hector which was the Assistant to Dr. Greene the surgeon when he originally did the implants, like approximately Four yrs that when they had a perfect staff. Now the staff is broken with no surgeon, still the financial officer is still there, and I believe the company now has become all about ascertaining as much money as they can out of pocket, the receptionist and front desk staff never pick up the phone, and I do not know who oversee this office, there needs to be more supervision of staff when it comes to the front desk for appt etc. When there was supervision was when the Surgeon Dr. Greene worked there and Dr. Jay Feinsterock was in charge, Dr. Greene he put in my complete front implants and support implant dentures, The whole process went perfect and instead of 8 to 9 months to heal, being a woman of God, the healing was 5 month cost me a fortune everything including the support implant dentures went perfect. Took 4 yrs to pay off the two Loans. One of the tooth came out of the support denture cost me a fortune for replacement and two crowns, and new support implant dentures, I’m in debt for the next two years. In my opinion I believe the molding 2-3 times loosen the screw in the implant, now since there is no surgeon there since Dr. Greene left, I’ve been referred to another surgeon to try and remove the broken screw. Hopefully the implant won’t be damaged. I will now begin the question them about their warranty process for their quality of work for the out of this world prices the financial officer charge for the work. This is something that needs to address. Since they know you have credit, it seems they try and get as much money as they can, and put the individual like myself in 2-3-4 yrs to pay off the Loan. Quality has changed since Dr, Feinsterstock put the company’s into Concern Dental and since the surgeon Dr. Greene left. In my opinion They need to hire another professional all around surgeon and dental specialist. They also need other receptionist like Alexandra who will pick up phones and care about their jobs and the customer who pay their salaries by paying for the work."

"I had to get a root canal and two crowns put in this past summer. I previously saw Dr. Ndoj at the Bronx location but he ended up transferring to this location by the time I was able to see him. It was months. When I went back to the Bronx location they told me I couldn’t see the dentists from their location, rather I had to see him. At first I was annoyed--but I AM SO GLAD THAT IT WORKED OUT LIKE THAT. Dr. Ndoj is the best! When I got to the office they saw me immediately, which I really appreciate. Make sure you arrive on time to your appointment because they move quickly and are on schedule! The thing I really liked about Dr. Ndoj is that you can tell he’s not just a good dentist but a good person. He works with his patients and is very personable. He went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t charged ridiculous amounts of money. And as we all know... many doctors and businesses will do what they can to drain you of your money. As for the procedures. I was in a lot of pain at one point. He made sure to communicate consistently throughout the procedure and asked me if I needed a break or needed to be numbed more. Dr. Ndoj is a skilled dentist and you will not regret choosing him as your dentist. Thank you so much Dr. Ndoj!"

I had a dental emergency in the middle of the Covid 19 quarantine, and I was booked for the Manhattan office as an emergency patient. I saw Dr. Bryk and he is AMAZING!! I needed a root canal and he did it the same day. I felt hardly any pain and he took his time. He let me know everything he was doing. He also examined my records and informed me of things that I had no knowledge of. He has also redone and fixed things that were previously done that were not correctly done. He is an AMAZING dentist and his assistant Francisca is also very nice. Needless to say I have switched my dental care and my children's dental care to this office. "I have been coming here for years. As everyone knows COVID-19 has changed everything...There were only 3 chairs in the waiting area. In a way this is now good because in the past you could have an appointment and never be seen on time because of the volume of people in the office waiting. On my last visit I only had to wait 10 mins for my hygienist appt. Lucinda is great and I always ask for her. She's gentle and always tries to keep you comfortable...The front desk staff was nice too..."

My hygienist is awesome and so professional. She always takes her time and is very neat while doing her job . "I am probably the worst nightmare for dentists because a) I read peer reviewed journals a lot , b) I have had bad experiences with dentists. and c) I am nervous. All that means that CD had a lot to live up to. Im happy to say that every dental professional, I have been in contact with thus far, has been professional, informative and patient. I have a Root Canal Treatment that unfortunately left me with mild parathesia. The dentist who was supposed to do the crowns would not do it until my numbness had gone. I was a RARE case and he did EXACTLY what he was supposed to do. I appreciated this a lot because you need doctors with a consience. (B12 helped too). I have both my crowns. Fitted with no pain, or discomfort. I told my friend who had the same treatment (who has pain) to switch to mine because finally i have found a practice that seems to do what they are contracted to do.. dentistry! The office is clean, far from dingy and functional rooms. I didnt give a 5 because there is always room for improvement but so far so good. : )"

I had been missing in action for a while, but I finally got my hubby to come with me. The kindness and personal touch is still the same. Some faces were not familiar but nevertheless they were friendly. The staff that we did know welcome us back like family🙂 When it was time to have my teeth cleaned, I met Giselle for the first time. She was friendly informative, caring and connected with me asking if I was OK which I loved. When she called my hubby I gave him a thumbs up. From there it was just as nice, from X- Rays to meeting Dr. Singh & his assistants. Everything was explained every step of the way. Most important Dr. Singh was a perfectionist with my teeth. The job was not done until it was done to his satisfaction perfectly right😍 What touch my hubby and I even more, is he knew we traveled from the Town of Newburgh so he did as much as he could within that day. We are VERY APPRECIATIVE & THANK YOU so much for that. Hubby says on the way home, that he will never change our Dentist. "My general feelings about dentists are such that I hadn't been to one in 19 years. This place was AMAZING. I came on a Saturday when the office was very busy, yet they fit me in for an extraction the same day. The receptionist went out of her way to get my insurance information, even though the insurance company's office was closed. Everything was amazingly efficient, smooth, easy, and drama-free. There was NO guilt or pressure or weirdness, at all. The entire staff was friendly and reassuring. I literally cannot imagine a better dental experience."
