"It was my first time here and after reading the reviews i'm kinda of sad given what these people are saying about this place. I had no issues other than the receptionist being a little rude i felt. The dentist/doctor i saw was actually very nice i get super anxious going into the dentist and end up having bad anxiety. he reassured me and kept asking if i was okay throughout the whole procedure. I appreciated that so much. He also numbed me pretty good so i didn't feel anything at all thank goodness. I would say this is a pretty busy small office but other than that no complaints! The doctor i saw i think his name was rahmin!"

"12.15.23 2nd Review I just can not sing Dr. Ndoj and his team enough praises. They are absolutely the best. Every single appointment i have had since he became my dentist has been exceptional. I don’t think many ppl can say this about their dental experience but you could if he was your dentist. He and his assistant work so well together they make the best team. Im 65 new to westchester and had two horrors with two dental practices to fix two teeth. my daughter found dr Ndoj i went to see him and he acted so professionally and you knew cared about his patients and profession. "First time here (currently still here actually) so far so good, I expected a bit of a wait being that I'm a new patient and there going to be doing a bunch of x-rays. Everyone is pretty professional and nice. Elvira (hope I'm spelling it correctly) cleaned my teeth and gave me some good info and was quite pleasant, explained things, and answered any questions I had. My X-rays were taken as well , a bunch but that's normal and again I expected it. Currently been here for about an hr now, had a 1530p appt and it's almost 1630p, while sitting in the waiting area I've heard multiple patients complain about wait time after they've gone over their appt time given. I do overstand everyone is here for different things so it varies from person to person but I will say coming from my previous dentist (horrible Park Ave Smiles) I'm a bit weary but let's see how this goes as I'm here to give the benefit of the doubt first!! I'm waiting to be seen by the dentist so that we can go over my x-rays.. I will update my review once I have completed my visit!"

"I was originally attending the Bronx location, regrettably the worst years that I experienced visiting the dentist. Horrible location where the phone is NEVER answered and you have to email the front desk for any type of correspondence, it's an apartment that they transformed into a dental office. Do yourself a favor and switch immediately if you have commercial health insurance/dental benefits. The best thing I ever did was switch to the Westchester location where they have a parking lot and professionals working the front desk, who answer the phone with every call, submit proper paper work and don't take almost 2 years to get approvals by submitting work for wrong teeth. (The horrific list for the bronx can go on and on, however, since deciding to make the switch, am beyond happy and satisfied) Everyone in the Westchester location is welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Maksim Ndoj is the best that I've ever incurred throughout my years of visiting the dentist, he was funny, awesome bedside manner and was super thorough! I couldn't be happier that I ended up having him as my dentist and hope to be so fortunate that he remains to be. Thank you for turning such a horrible experience into the best one yet!"

"I’ve had a phobia of the dentist for as long as i could remember. As someone that suffers from an anxiety disorder , coming here was a big step for me. Before i used to be so scared to even go inside , crazy panic attacks and have all the fear raging through my body. Before coming here, i did not visit a dentist for 10+ years , but the ladies at this office completely changed my perspective . They were nothing but beyond excellent . On top of this Dr. Antoinette Siciliano Is nothing but patient and understanding. she made me feel safe which is something that we often overlook at in the health field. I want to recognize Jennifer Robinson for taking the time to explain all charges and how they are arrived at and the procedures of what my upcoming dental work would entail. "I don’t usually write reviews, but Dr. Ndoj was so amazing that I had to take the time to let others know about my experience. I'm typically always nervous to visit the dentist over fear of being overcharged and being in excessive pain. But after an accident, I chipped my front tooth and needed a filling due to pain and sensitivity surrounding the tooth. I visited another dentist who (long story short) didn't do a good job and left me in more pain than before. So, I decided to visit Dr. Ndoj at Concerned Dental Care and let me tell you I can't stop smiling both because of my experience and my results! The filling looks like my natural tooth!! It doesn't feel too big like the previous ones and I even experienced no pain after I left the office. From the very beginning, Dr. Ndoj made sure I was comfortable and pain-free. The filling didn't even take long and was painless, which is usually never the case for me during the procedure or after I leave the office. Another thing I appreciated was that Dr. Ndoj saved me so much money instead of finding ways to charge/overcharge like other dentists. "I am writing about my recent visit to Concerned Dental Care of Westchester. The staff at the reception area was polite and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist, Brie, cleaned my teeth gently and very effectively. Brie was polite, friendly and courteous. She really made my “cleaning” enjoyable. As I made my way to the X-ray area (without a long wait) I was greeted by Jona the X-ray technician. She was also polite, friendly and well versed. She made feel comfortable and relaxed and spent time answering my questions as I underwent my X-rays. Brie and Jona had a light banter about them. Their good humor and attention to me, made my dental experience enjoyable."

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 5 years, but I didn’t feel judged by the staff. The did my cleaning and I was out. Today I came back for a couple of fillings. I will say that there was a bit of a wait, but once I was called back it didn’t take long at all. I have pretty severe anxiety and have never had to get a filling before so I was more than a little nervous. I had Dr. Campbell and he calmed my worries the minute he entered the room. He is super personable and made me feel right at ease without even knowing it was my first time. The process was fairly quick and surprisingly painless. I was very happy with the results. He was also very patient with me and making sure everything was done correctly and to my liking. I didn’t feel rushed at all. It’s nice to find a doctor that appears to actually listen and care without rushing you out the door. I will definitely be coming back to Dr. Campbell for any of my future dentistry needs and recommending him to my friends and family!!"

"I went to Concerned Dental Care of Westchester for the first time today after not being to a dentist for a year and a half! I thought for sure they would lecture me about being neglectful and irresponsible and had prepared myself to be reprimanded. Truth is, I DON'T like going to the dentist. From scheduling my first appointment with the office assistant to being pleasantly welcomed when I arrived for my appointment to the X-ray tech, to the hygienist, to the dentist, to the office manager, and again the front desk crew.
