"On 12/3/24 I had a 3 pm appt & arrived about 15 minutes early. Signed in & was told all the paperwork was complete. I waited a few minutes & Paola called me for my cleaning. She’s my favorite hygienist because of her work ethic. She is thorough & personable. After my cleaning was completed I returned to the waiting room. I was next called for my X-rays. Again a friendly but professional technician did my X-rays. Once again I returned to the waiting room. Next I was taken to a room for me to be checked by Dr. Endoy. He always checks my teeth, lymph nodes & under my tongue. I always feel I have been treated well & look forward to my next appointment. Thank you to all the staff at Concerned Dental! June 2024 Had a 9am appointment. Arrived a few minutes early. I was given forms to update my account. Even though I hadn’t finished my paperwork Paola called me in for my cleaning. Paola is the best hygienist I have ever had which is why I only use her for my cleanings. She is very good at her job without me feeling any pain. I have had other hygienists who have caused me pain in my mouth as well as headaches when they finished. I never had those problems with Paola. I returned to the waiting room to finish the paperwork but was then called for my X-rays. The technician was great. She was friendly & professional; she made sure all of the pictures were clear before I returned to the waiting room once again. I still hadn’t finished the forms when I was called in to see Dr. Endoy. While I waited in the chair I finished the paperwork. Dr. Endoy was in to see me within a few minutes of me being in the chair. He always puts me at ease. He does a cancer check before actually checking my teeth. Again, he is the only dentist I have ever had do that. All of my services were completed without me waiting very long at all. I had my cleaning , X-rays & check-up all completed within 45minutes. I highly recommend Paola & Dr. Endoy at Concerned Dental Care for your dental needs."

"Paula was amazing. In all the years I’ve been to a dentist. She has been the best at cleaning my teeth. This is the first time in years I left without my mouth being in pain from a cleaning. "I had an old problem which got worse overtime that needed immediate attention and opted to do implants the staff was phenomenal I met with the financial consultant MARCIA and she set me up with the oral surgeon who was excellent Dr Marshal he removed and implanted the anchors while I was on local anesthesia and I didn't feel any PAIN WHATSOEVER ! It was just amazing considering the anxiety I had about doing this type of procedure. This office is excellent in my opinion. And SHA hope I'm spelling it correctly she was super friendly and knowledgeable in adjusting my temporary bridge that I need till my healing is complete she also gave me my pain meds and antibiotics that I needed right there at the office so if your indecisive of where to go for implant work I would recommend coming in and speaking with Marcia @ this Yonkers office I was a little nervous as anyone would be looking for an implant office but this office is definitely qualified for this type of dental work 5 stars for me *****"

"I just had a great experience with my first time at Concerned Dental Care. Excellent customer service. I like the way it is set up. You go in for the x-rays and then go back in for the hygienist and then go back in for the dentist. Usually the one thing I hate about the dentist is lock jaw LOL. Dr. David Moed was super thorough and I will definitely be back when it comes time for my 6 month checkup!"

"I go to this practice because my union insurance is contracted with them; however, despite the busy office atmosphere, All employees were very helpful and I would recommend going here. The doctors and hygienist are mostly helpful and the facility uses top of the line current equipment for diagnosis. This practice also accepts what the insurance provides and does not charge the balance to the patient."

I find Dr. Ndoj to be a caring, knowledgeable and personable Dentist that always makes me feel comfortable and pleased that he is my Dentist. "Today’s appointment was a very pleasant experience from beginning to completion. This was my spouse first time here and left very happy with all aspects of the treatment provided. The entire staff was courteous, warm, welcoming and professional. Staff maximize time leaving no delay in service from one point to the next with an excellent time in completion of service. As fast as the waiting room accumulated a crowd, that crowd was serviced even faster emptying the waiting area. The doctor/dentist as well as the hygienist, x-ray technician and receptionist took their time to explain all aspects of the services provided leaving no stone unturned."

I had a tight schedule and mistakenly forgot to reschedule this appointment which conflicted with a class presentation. I arrived extra early for my appointment in case the 8:00 a.m. person missed their appointment or was late. The front desk staff was so helpful and I was out in time to make my virtual presentation. I have very sensitive gums and have always experienced pain during my regular cleanings. Marilyn, the dental hygienist was very friendly and gentle with my cleaning. She was quick and provided wonderful service. Because of past dental issues, I have had to pay extra money with each cleaning even having cleanings done 4 times a year. Since going to Concerned Dental Care of Westchester, I have reduced my visits to twice a year with no extra expenses. I am thankful to my new dentist , Dr. Maksim Ndoj and his expert and caring staff."

"My husband and I arrived extra early due to us not knowing exactly where it was located. We went in and before we could finish our paperwork we were being seen for X-rays and cleaning. The staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile. I have follow up appointments and can say that I am so happy we found this location. "Upon my arrival to the facility I was uneasy about the information and treatment I was going to receive due to it being many years passing from my last visit. "It was my first time here and after reading the reviews i'm kinda of sad given what these people are saying about this place. I had no issues other than the receptionist being a little rude i felt. The dentist/doctor i saw was actually very nice i get super anxious going into the dentist and end up having bad anxiety. he reassured me and kept asking if i was okay throughout the whole procedure. I appreciated that so much. He also numbed me pretty good so i didn't feel anything at all thank goodness. I would say this is a pretty busy small office but other than that no complaints! The doctor i saw i think his name was rahmin!"

"12.15.23 2nd Review I just can not sing Dr. Ndoj and his team enough praises. They are absolutely the best. Every single appointment i have had since he became my dentist has been exceptional. I don’t think many ppl can say this about their dental experience but you could if he was your dentist. He and his assistant work so well together they make the best team. "First time here (currently still here actually) so far so good, I expected a bit of a wait being that I'm a new patient and there going to be doing a bunch of x-rays. Everyone is pretty professional and nice. Elvira (hope I'm spelling it correctly) cleaned my teeth and gave me some good info and was quite pleasant, explained things, and answered any questions I had. My X-rays were taken as well , a bunch but that's normal and again I expected it. Currently been here for about an hr now, had a 1530p appt and it's almost 1630p, while sitting in the waiting area I've heard multiple patients complain about wait time after they've gone over their appt time given. I do overstand everyone is here for different things so it varies from person to person but I will say coming from my previous dentist (horrible Park Ave Smiles) I'm a bit weary but let's see how this goes as I'm here to give the benefit of the doubt first!! I'm waiting to be seen by the dentist so that we can go over my x-rays.. I will update my review once I have completed my visit!"

"I was originally attending the Bronx location, regrettably the worst years that I experienced visiting the dentist. Horrible location where the phone is NEVER answered and you have to email the front desk for any type of correspondence, it's an apartment that they transformed into a dental office. Do yourself a favor and switch immediately if you have commercial health insurance/dental benefits. The best thing I ever did was switch to the Westchester location where they have a parking lot and professionals working the front desk, who answer the phone with every call, submit proper paper work and don't take almost 2 years to get approvals by submitting work for wrong teeth. (The horrific list for the bronx can go on and on, however, since deciding to make the switch, am beyond happy and satisfied) Everyone in the Westchester location is welcoming and pleasant. "Today was my second trip to this dentist office. The first visit was great! I got in early, which never happens anywhere, and everyone was very nice and welcoming. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 5 years, but I didn’t feel judged by the staff. The did my cleaning and I was out. Today I came back for a couple of fillings. I will say that there was a bit of a wait, but once I was called back it didn’t take long at all. I have pretty severe anxiety and have never had to get a filling before so I was more than a little nervous. I had Dr. Campbell and he calmed my worries the minute he entered the room. He is super personable and made me feel right at ease without even knowing it was my first time. The process was fairly quick and surprisingly painless. I was very happy with the results. He was also very patient with me and making sure everything was done correctly and to my liking. I didn’t feel rushed at all. It’s nice to find a doctor that appears to actually listen and care without rushing you out the door. It was months. When I went back to the Bronx location they told me I couldn’t see the dentists from their location, rather I had to see him. At first I was annoyed--but I AM SO GLAD THAT IT WORKED OUT LIKE THAT. Dr. Ndoj is the best! When I got to the office they saw me immediately, which I really appreciate. Make sure you arrive on time to your appointment because they move quickly and are on schedule! The thing I really liked about Dr. Ndoj is that you can tell he’s not just a good dentist but a good person. He works with his patients and is very personable. He went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t charged ridiculous amounts of money. And as we all know... many doctors and businesses will do what they can to drain you of your money. "This place was fantastic! I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and the wait time was minimal. My cleaning was very thorough and gentle! After a full set of xrays, it was discovered that I needed two root canals on my upper front teeth which are covered with veneers. I was very concerned about having my veneers disturbed, but Dr. Bau went right behind the teeth to perform both root canals and my veneers are still perfect! Additionally, he was extremely gentle - I had NO pain - not even the following day! Nothing - not even a twinge! Dr. Siciliano is lovely! She is my primary dentist at the practice and ensured that my care by Dr. Bau and the rest of the staff was carried out as indicated. Nothing but praise for this fine practice!"

"I went to Concerned Dental Care of Westchester for the first time today after not being to a dentist for a year and a half! I thought for sure they would lecture me about being neglectful and irresponsible and had prepared myself to be reprimanded. Truth is, I DON'T like going to the dentist. The entire process is stressful! Thankfully, they were ALL customer service focused. From scheduling my first appointment with the office assistant to being pleasantly welcomed when I arrived for my appointment to the X-ray tech, to the hygienist, to the dentist, to the office manager, and again the front desk crew. Every person I encountered was engaged regardless of the waves of patients that came in and out. It was as if I was the only one there. I was seen in a timely manner and wasn't scolded about not tending to my dental care. We spoke about my reasons and hang ups. I felt understood! Very happy that I was referred to them. I make my cleaning appointments for 9am and have to wait 30-45 minutes before getting seen. Every time. The staff is wonderful and patient. I've seen them deal very well with disgruntled customers. To my surprise, the office is equipped with a CEREC machine that mills the crown right in front of you! I was able to receive my crown same day, in 1 visit.The front desk staff was very helpful. "The office is a little updated however, previously I went to see three other dentists with lovely offices and none of them accomplished what Dr. siciliano accomplished in three sessions. The other three dentists made me go for months and the pain never went away. Once Dr. Siciliano saw me the first time she listened to me and took some. X-rays, the results confirmed her diagnostic. "I needed a root canal". The job was done and less than a week after that I was without pain."
