I have been with Concerned Dental Care for many Years. I had one unpleasant experience with them. One of their Periodontal surgeon was very uncaring and rude. I explained to her that ,she was very rough when operating on me.She replied " well I needed to get everything out!." She was so Rude and so unconcerned that I was crying and in pain. She had no regards to my feelings and her Manger was the same. I was TRAUMATIZED. Almost a year later I returned to them, due to my limited dental insurance. Today 2/25 I had a pleasant experience everyone was attentive and informative. But most of all they were Pleasant and good patient ethics.They do not have doors in the patients rooms, So you laying there getting worked on your mouth or having a consultation and People passing bye looking in. No Privacy.
