"Went for a cleaning with Maxine and she’s simply the best!!!"
"I had a 10:30 appointment. I waited a good 45 minutes to be X-rayed and was called in for my cleaning another 30 minutes later. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive as was Maxine my hygienist who was also kind, attentive, friendly and thorough as usual. I waited another 30 minutes for the dentist (Dr. Scwharz). All in all I was satisfied with the visit. I like the way the facility has been renovated."
"Had a deep cleaning from the Hygenist Maxine. She was gentle, explained to me step by step what would be happening with me. Told me when I would be able to eat and told me she would see me next week. Enjoyed the experience and her professionalism"
"Recently my employer dental insurance has changed to DMO/HMO which my very last dental office near home had dropped this type of insurance. So now looking to make an appt I needed to find an office that did accept. So I phoned Alexandra from Concerned Dental, an office that i visited prior to my last one, & was pleasantly surprised they accepted this change in insurance.I had attempted weeks ago to find the next dental office i was going to visit but began & then put it off. It was too much of a hassle. This time I drove all the way over to the default dental office the insurance was giving me. That's when I said let me give Concerned Dental a last call & see if they accept my Guardian. Sure enough they do! Thanks to Alexandra & her efforts I know I'll be in good hands. She definitely took the time to handle my issue & really gave me good news. I know the office team at Concerned Dental from when I was there just 3 yrs ago.So thank you Alexandra for all your hardwork & discipline you took w/me today. You really know your stuff & can't wait for my July 5th appt.I highly recommend all dental patients to check this place out.Update 1/5/26I’m still returning to this Dental office.I just went in for my 6mo appt & couldn’t be happier w/their staff. Everyone treated me w/respect, knew what their role was & the place wasn’t crowded like it could be. "I had a Wonderful Experience with Concerned Dental in the Bronx today .Thank God it wasn't Crowded I didn't have a long wait at All.The lady that did my X-Rays was very Gentle and Pleasant. And The Hygienist Maxine is Fabulous. My Teeth Are Super Clean . The Doctor who I saw after the Cleaning was Cool too.I want to Thank All of the Staff at Concerned Dental for being very Professional and Customer Friendly."
"I had a 10:30 appointment for a cleaning, was checked in quickly asked to pay my fee which I had no problem paying electronically. I was called in on time and was out at 11:05. All the associates treated me with respect. While I waited I watched a little bit of "Dances With Wolves," to help pass the time - I had gotten there early. My only complaint is that the two TV sets should be working in the waiting room. One of them is not on."
"Excellent front desk staff who facilitate smooth intake and meetings with various dental staff, including x-ray technicians, dental cleaning techs, oral surgeons, and crown and implant designers. All staff are professional and courteous, and most staff is bilingual English and Spanish.The waiting area is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. An air filter helps contain particulate matter and potential viruses.Dental costs are always a concern. However, billing staff are available to explain costs and possible payment plans for patients who need work not covered by insurance or beyond what their pocketbooks can afford.Office is less than a block away from an office of Montefiore Medical Center and a short walk from the Bainbridge Avenue campus of the hospital. Several banks have branches within walking distance."

"My first appointment at Concerned Dental Care and my experience was very good. Maxim the dental hygienist was very attentive, responded all my questions and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. My wife noticed right way how nice the cleaning was because my teeth look whiter. I’m really happy with the whole service. Highly recommended 😊"

"Maxine was my dental hygienist for each of my cleanings. She is so thorough, she does a wonderful job. She does NOT give 3 minute cleanings, oh no! She goes in! (which is what I love- I enjoy it a little rough) She will take care of you completely. I'm so comfortable I almost fall asleep in the chair knowing I have nothing to worry about because she's going to do the job I'm paying for. She answers all questions and makes sure you leave satisfied and have a chance to speak with your dentist if you'd like. She always has suggestions to improve my dental health that nowhere in my 30+ years I've ever heard of in any other dental office. This office is expeditious and thorough. I can't see me going anywhere else. They have lots of services as well, and offer them at reasonable prices."

I had to go up to the reception area and ask her if she informed Ms. Facey that I was there. She thought I didn’t make it. When it was time for me to see Dr. Schwartz, his assistant asked if I was given paperwork to fill out. I was not. The reception has to do better."

"My son is a patient here, so far the patient had been good. The dental hygienist who last saw my son this month (July 2023) is absolutely great!!! I believe her name is Blanca (or Bianca) as she is super friendly, efficient, and thorough! Warning that parking can be difficult in that area. We normally do not wait long for x-rays and cleaning but wait time for the dentist has taken longer. Our last visit took a lot longer due to waiting for the dentist (although he is always super nice) but he just walked in, said the xrays looked great and that was it. The overall office staff is nice."

"My family and I just started going here about 2weeks ago. Amazing staff. Front dest are super friendly, The hygienist took her time cleaning, did not feel rush. The dentist my sons saw was super friendly and explained everything to my kids so they can understand. The dentist my wife and I had was awesome as well. Highly recommend this dentist office."
"I must say that this office and its staff is great. Especially Jennifer. The staff is always very courteous and professional. Unlike the Bronx office. I had a dental emergency in the middle of the Covid 19 quarantine, and I was booked for the Manhattan office as an emergency patient. I saw Dr. Bryk and he is AMAZING!! I needed a root canal and he did it the same day. I felt hardly any pain and he took his time. He let me know everything he was doing. He also examined my records and informed me of things that I had no knowledge of. He has also redone and fixed things that were previously done that were not correctly done. He is an AMAZING dentist and his assistant Francisca is also very nice. Needless to say I have switched my dental care and my children's dental care to this office. I am very pleased with the care and attention from everyone in this office."

"I could not have been more pleased. The front Staff was wonderful! I am terrified of Dentist; just walking into an office I begin to shake. I have multiple health issues and was very concerned about finding a Dentist. An acquaintance (don't even know her name) recommended a particular dentist there...so I took a chance. I am so happy I did; the Clinical staff is the best, especially Hygienist "Lucinda"-I Love, Love her! She calmed me down, held my hand and did a Marvelous job of cleaning tons of Plaque from my teeth; after several years of neglect. My teeth are now "Pearly" White L.o.lI have a lot of work to be done but, I'm confident that I made the right choice...stay tuned!Concerned Dental, YOU ROCK!!"
