"Referred to this practice by my union. It is a tiny shop, which seems typical these days. I had root canal on the 24th of December and it went perfectly. The staff is quick and professional. Thankfully I have union dental coverage, so that took care of that! Thank you, Dr. Ashgar and his crew!"

"Love my Hygenist Latisha, she makes you feel like family. Never in all my years (53) have I ever looked forward to getting my teeth cleaned. This use to be my 2nd most hated appointment. Sheās gentle, she applies lubricant to the lips because they get dry during the cleaning never had that done before, lips be like desert storm. Before you rinse she flosses whatever could still possible be in between those tight spots and finally you rinse with mouthwash. Ohhh, almost forgot she has you rinse with mouthwash before she starts cause that morning breath still there sometimes for some and those possible breakfast particles š"

I kid you not I was out of there less than an hour, which included , xrays ,a cleaning, seen by dentist and a consultation with a financial advisor with a treatment plan. "Receptionist or office manager-I donāt know what her title is, but she is RUDE. Has to go. Otherwise loved my hygienist, Yenny Cruz. Yenny did an awesome job with my cleaning she is patient, thorough and took her time. Dr. Vicente has a great sense of humor and very knowledgeable, he took time explaining how to use my night guard and my overall care. Iām also happy they updated the office."

I usually dread going to the dentist even for routine dental treatment such as cleanings because some dentist can be very aggressive and harsh, causing an unpleasant experience. Not to mention, the lack of attentiveness you may receive from uncourteous staff members. However, the staff here was so amazing. They were extremely kind, friendly, and hospitable. I arrived on time to my appointment and I was attended to right away, without delay. I received a teeth cleaning by Franchesca and she was so sweet, gentle, and very informative. I appreciated how she constantly made sure to ask if I was comfortable and educated me on helpful self care tips and info. It's refreshing to receive care from people who are truly passionate about what they do. Kudos to you guys for being so superb!"

"I was referred here to get a root canal and this place is great. When I came in the door I noticed the place is very clean and organized. The staff moved promptly and I wasnāt sitting there waiting forever to be called. All the staff was great. When I say all staff, I mean all the staff. Every single person I encountered was friendly & competent. You can tell they enjoy what they do & care about the needs of their patients. I just switched to make my PCD here."

My wife needed emergency dental care and she assisted us to work with our insurance to be assigned to Concerned Dental, emailed us the initial paperwork so as to minimize the delay in service once we arrived. Very accommodating office staff in general although I personally have my favorites. ;) Even after I have moved so far, from this practice before the city shut down, finding time to get my cleaning is a must! "Hands down one of the best dental experiences I've ever had! I was treated by Dr. Nina Lakhanpal & Francisca for two root canals (back-to-back) and they were both very patient with my frightened questions and gentle with the actual dental work. Aside from the technicians and dentists, everyone who is part of the front desk and billing staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They answer your questions thoroughly and very patient. I cannot thank the staff enough for their work and highly recommend them for anyone who needs to get dental work done."

She was kind and gentle. I also had X-rays done and the young lady was also very welcoming. The Dentist asked me what my concerns were and I really appreciate it the professionalism. I had a dental emergency in the middle of the Covid 19 quarantine, and I was booked for the Manhattan office as an emergency patient. I saw Dr. Bryk and he is AMAZING!! I needed a root canal and he did it the same day. I felt hardly any pain and he took his time. He let me know everything he was doing. He also examined my records and informed me of things that I had no knowledge of. He has also redone and fixed things that were previously done that were not correctly done. He is an AMAZING dentist and his assistant Francisca is also very nice. Needless to say I have switched my dental care and my children's dental care to this office. I am very pleased with the care and attention from everyone in this office."

"I recently had a cleaning done at Concerned Dental Care on Amsterdam Ave (they have really great New Patient Specials)! I honestly have nothing but fantastic things to say about the practice! Generally visiting the dentist is not a pleasant experience, however, this office visit was actually enjoyable! The front office staff is very knowledgeable and incredibly courteous, they greeted me with big smiles the moment I walked in the door. the Doctor I saw was even better! He was very thorough and made sure I had no questions or concerns even though I was just in for a simple cleaning. I will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist on the Upper West Side of Manhattan!"

"I have had a great experience at concerned dental, they really take care of you there. I also bring my kids to this office because they are very gentle. There is not a long wait time when you go in for your appointment time. Dr. Chin is the best!! She is so sweet and makes you at not such a fun place, i mean who loves going to the dentist anyway? hahaha. The staff is wonderful as well. Josh, the office manager really took care of me when i needed to get crowns, he explained the benefits of getting full porcelain crowns and not the metal ones the insurances cover which are not good for you health. They work with you which is great. I was very happy with my the service and i highly recommend this office."
