"On 12/3/24 I had a 3 pm appt & arrived about 15 minutes early. Signed in & was told all the paperwork was complete. I waited a few minutes & Paola called me for my cleaning. She’s my favorite hygienist because of her work ethic. She is thorough & personable. After my cleaning was completed I returned to the waiting room. I was next called for my X-rays. Again a friendly but professional technician did my X-rays. Once again I returned to the waiting room. Next I was taken to a room for me to be checked by Dr. Endoy. He always checks my teeth, lymph nodes & under my tongue. I always feel I have been treated well & look forward to my next appointment. Thank you to all the staff at Concerned Dental! June 2024 Had a 9am appointment. Arrived a few minutes early. I was given forms to update my account. Even though I hadn’t finished my paperwork Paola called me in for my cleaning. Paola is the best hygienist I have ever had which is why I only use her for my cleanings. She is very good at her job without me feeling any pain. I have had other hygienists who have caused me pain in my mouth as well as headaches when they finished. I never had those problems with Paola. I returned to the waiting room to finish the paperwork but was then called for my X-rays. The technician was great. She was friendly & professional; she made sure all of the pictures were clear before I returned to the waiting room once again. I still hadn’t finished the forms when I was called in to see Dr. Endoy. While I waited in the chair I finished the paperwork. Dr. Endoy was in to see me within a few minutes of me being in the chair. He always puts me at ease. He does a cancer check before actually checking my teeth. Again, he is the only dentist I have ever had do that. All of my services were completed without me waiting very long at all. I had my cleaning , X-rays & check-up all completed within 45minutes. I highly recommend Paola & Dr. Endoy at Concerned Dental Care for your dental needs."
"Efficient staff. I like the dentists there. I get my checkup every 6 months with a cleaning. Had one filling done that went well with no complications. It’s definitely not a “fancy” office, but the care is as good as any dentist I’ve been to. Would recommend to a friend."

"I had a 10:30 appointment for a cleaning, was checked in quickly asked to pay my fee which I had no problem paying electronically. I was called in on time and was out at 11:05. All the associates treated me with respect. While I waited I watched a little bit of "Dances With Wolves," to help pass time - I had gotten there early. Ny only complaint is that the two TV sets should be working in the waiting room. One of them is not on."
"Paula was amazing. In all the years I’ve been to a dentist. She has been the best at cleaning my teeth. This is the first time in years I left without my mouth being in pain from a cleaning. "Today I went to Concerned Dental for a routine cleaning. Robika was my hygienist and as usual, she did a great job cleaning and checking my teeth. The staff is friendly and listen to your concerns. I would recommend Concerned Dental to anyone looking for great dentist experience."
"All of the staff including the Doctor were wonderful and I was able to get an appointment quickly. I thought I needed a root canal and the Doctor confirmed that. The nice thing is that they do root canals in the office. Lots of other dentists make you go to someone else for root canals. I gave them a four instead of a five because their office could use a refresh. It’s looking well worn. The other reason is that they don’t have any parking and street parking is a little difficult to find. I got the impression that most of their patients walked to the office but I’m in Westchester and had to drive."

"I had an old problem which got worse overtime that needed immediate attention and opted to do implants the staff was phenomenal I met with the financial consultant MARCIA and she set me up with the oral surgeon who was excellent Dr Marshal he removed and implanted the anchors while I was on local anesthesia and I didn't feel any PAIN WHATSOEVER ! It was just amazing considering the anxiety I had about doing this type of procedure. This office is excellent in my opinion. And SHA hope I'm spelling it correctly she was super friendly and knowledgeable in adjusting my temporary bridge that I need till my healing is complete she also gave me my pain meds and antibiotics that I needed right there at the office so if your indecisive of where to go for implant work I would recommend coming in and speaking with Marcia @ this Yonkers office I was a little nervous as anyone would be looking for an implant office but this office is definitely qualified for this type of dental work 5 stars for me *****"

After my cleaning, I was seen by a very personable dentist, who assured me my teeth were in good shape, after viewing my xrays. He makes it simple, almost painless , in and out , honest , easy peasy. The desk staff has always been attentive, helpful and super friendly. "Today I had another excellent experience at Concerned Dental Care of Westchester. I had a tight schedule and mistakenly forgot to reschedule this appointment which conflicted with a class presentation. I arrived extra early for my appointment in case the 8:00 a.m. person missed their appointment or was late. The front desk staff was so helpful and I was out in time to make my virtual presentation. I have very sensitive gums and have always experienced pain during my regular cleanings. Marilyn, the dental hygienist was very friendly and gentle with my cleaning. She was quick and provided wonderful service. Because of past dental issues, I have had to pay extra money with each cleaning even having cleanings done 4 times a year. Since going to Concerned Dental Care of Westchester, I have reduced my visits to twice a year with no extra expenses. I am thankful to my new dentist , Dr. Maksim Ndoj and his expert and caring staff."

"Maxine was my dental hygienist for each of my cleanings. She is so thorough, she does a wonderful job. She does NOT give 3 minute cleanings, oh no! She goes in! (which is what I love- I enjoy it a little rough) She will take care of you completely. I'm so comfortable I almost fall asleep in the chair knowing I have nothing to worry about because she's going to do the job I'm paying for. She answers all questions and makes sure you leave satisfied and have a chance to speak with your dentist if you'd like. She always has suggestions to improve my dental health that nowhere in my 30+ years I've ever heard of in any other dental office. This office is expeditious and thorough. I can't see me going anywhere else. They have lots of services as well, and offer them at reasonable prices."

"Concerned Dental Farmingville is amazing. Im there for several Root Canals and the women that work there are more than Amazing the girls at the desk too. So kind, & patient! This location is crazy busy n the girls at the front desk were still so sweet and helpful. Didn’t rush me out or make me feel like I was a bother. Bonnie & another( DA) I didn't catch her name she has amazing (eye lashes ) both were so lovely to me. I kinda had a mini breakdown in the chair tears were streaming JEN oh JEN !! I dnt know what wld of happened if it wasn’t for her, she stayed with me and calmed me down for like 15 minutes she didn’t leave my side, she started to chat with me to help calm me down and it worked 😊 That’s what being in healthcare is all about going that lil extra mile for your patient's I appreciated that more than she will ever know I Love this place !!"

I had to go up to the reception area and ask her if she informed Ms. Facey that I was there. She thought I didn’t make it. When it was time for me to see Dr. Schwartz, his assistant asked if I was given paperwork to fill out. I was not. The reception has to do better."

"Giving my full thanks to Korrine, Cindy, Kylie, and of course Dr Ramos who were all so amazing at getting me in on a whim from breaking a wisdom tooth off and getting it out. I was in so much pain the night before I couldnt even sleep, Dr Ramos was able to get the damn thing out in about 15 seconds after giving me PLENTY of novacaine so I didnt feel a thing."

"12.15.23 2nd Review I just can not sing Dr. Ndoj and his team enough praises. They are absolutely the best. Every single appointment i have had since he became my dentist has been exceptional. I don’t think many ppl can say this about their dental experience but you could if he was your dentist. He and his assistant work so well together they make the best team. Thank you both very much! 1st Review from i think 2021 or so Dr. Ndoj is AMAZING!!!!!! Seriously, he is INCREDIBLE!!!! THE BEST DENTIST!!!!!
