He makes it simple, almost painless , in and out , honest , easy peasy. The desk staff has always been attentive, helpful and super friendly. "Today I had another excellent experience at Concerned Dental Care of Westchester. I had a tight schedule and mistakenly forgot to reschedule this appointment which conflicted with a class presentation. I arrived extra early for my appointment in case the 8:00 a.m. person missed their appointment or was late. The front desk staff was so helpful and I was out in time to make my virtual presentation. I have very sensitive gums and have always experienced pain during my regular cleanings. Marilyn, the dental hygienist was very friendly and gentle with my cleaning. She was quick and provided wonderful service. Because of past dental issues, I have had to pay extra money with each cleaning even having cleanings done 4 times a year. Since going to Concerned Dental Care of Westchester, I have reduced my visits to twice a year with no extra expenses. I am thankful to my new dentist , Dr. Maksim Ndoj and his expert and caring staff."

Mairzadeh—the dental work is thorough and comprehensive. They make sure you remember your appointments via email/text and efficiently and effectively get you through all procedures (X-rays, cleanings, fillings, etc.) with an ease and smoothness that highlights the “concerned” in their dental name and services."

Very gentle and concerned with your oral care, suggestions of what oral products would help with your oral routine and her care while cleaning your teeth the best. "Always a pleasant experience. I am seen within a few minutes of my appointment. X-rays are taken and I am sent right into the dentist chair for my cleaning (the hygienist are very pleasant) and then the dentist comes in right afterwards."
"Had a 9am appointment. Arrived a few minutes early. I was given forms to update my account. Even though I hadn’t finished my paperwork Paola called me in for my cleaning. Paola is the best hygienist I have ever had which is why I only use her for my cleanings. She is very good at her job without me feeling any pain. I have had other hygienists who have caused me pain in my mouth as well as headaches when they finished. I never had those problems with Paola. I returned to the waiting room to finish the paperwork but was then called for my X-rays. The technician was great. She was friendly & professional; she made sure all of the pictures were clear before I returned to the waiting room once again. I still hadn’t finished the forms when I was called in to see Dr. Endoy. While I waited in the chair I finished the paperwork. Dr. Endoy was in to see me within a few minutes of me being in the chair. He always puts me at ease. He does a cancer check before actually checking my teeth. Again, he is the only dentist I have ever had do that. All of my services were completed without me waiting very long at all. I had my cleaning , X-rays & check-up all completed within 45minutes. I highly recommend Paola & Dr. Endoy at Concerned Dental Care for your dental needs."

"Maxine was my dental hygienist for each of my cleanings. She is so thorough, she does a wonderful job. She does NOT give 3 minute cleanings, oh no! She goes in! (which is what I love- I enjoy it a little rough) She will take care of you completely. I'm so comfortable I almost fall asleep in the chair knowing I have nothing to worry about because she's going to do the job I'm paying for. She answers all questions and makes sure you leave satisfied and have a chance to speak with your dentist if you'd like. She always has suggestions to improve my dental health that nowhere in my 30+ years I've ever heard of in any other dental office. This office is expeditious and thorough. I can't see me going anywhere else. They have lots of services as well, and offer them at reasonable prices."

"Love this place, at least as much as you can love a dentists office. They answer their phone and always get me in the same day as emergency. Dr. Wolf is very knowledgeable and kind and goes out of his way not to cause any pain. Christian does a great job of X-rays and cleaning teeth, staff is just amazing. Very helpful and caring."
"Concerned Dental Farmingville is amazing. Im there for several Root Canals and the women that work there are more than Amazing the girls at the desk too. So kind, & patient! This location is crazy busy n the girls at the front desk were still so sweet and helpful. Didn’t rush me out or make me feel like I was a bother. Bonnie & another( DA) I didn't catch her name she has amazing (eye lashes ) both were so lovely to me. I kinda had a mini breakdown in the chair tears were streaming JEN oh JEN !! I dnt know what wld of happened if it wasn’t for her, she stayed with me and calmed me down for like 15 minutes she didn’t leave my side, she started to chat with me to help calm me down and it worked 😊 That’s what being in healthcare is all about going that lil extra mile for your patient's I appreciated that more than she will ever know I Love this place !!"

"I had a great cleaning with my hygienist Ms.Facey. My issue is with the reception. When I arrived it was 10 minutes before my appointment which was 11am. I sat there, was not given any paperwork and they did not inform my hygienist that I was there. She was too busy laughing and chatting at the front. When I saw my hygienist was 22 minutes after 11am. I had to go up to the reception area and ask her if she informed Ms. Facey that I was there. She thought I didn’t make it. When it was time for me to see Dr. Schwartz, his assistant asked if I was given paperwork to fill out. I was not. The reception has to do better."

"Giving my full thanks to Korrine, Cindy, Kylie, and of course Dr Ramos who were all so amazing at getting me in on a whim from breaking a wisdom tooth off and getting it out. I was in so much pain the night before I couldnt even sleep, Dr Ramos was able to get the damn thing out in about 15 seconds after giving me PLENTY of novacaine so I didnt feel a thing."

"12.15.23 2nd Review I just can not sing Dr. Ndoj and his team enough praises. They are absolutely the best. Every single appointment i have had since he became my dentist has been exceptional. I don’t think many ppl can say this about their dental experience but you could if he was your dentist. He and his assistant work so well together they make the best team. Thank you both very much! 1st Review from i think 2021 or so Dr. Ndoj is AMAZING!!!!!! Seriously, he is INCREDIBLE!!!! THE BEST DENTIST!!!!! I can not even explain fully how he has changed how I feel about going to the dentist; which for me in the past has been a nightmare! "My son is a patient here, so far the patient had been good. The dental hygienist who last saw my son this month (July 2023) is absolutely great!!! I believe her name is Blanca (or Bianca) as she is super friendly, efficient, and thorough! Warning that parking can be difficult in that area. We normally do not wait long for x-rays and cleaning but wait time for the dentist has taken longer. Our last visit took a lot longer due to waiting for the dentist (although he is always super nice) but he just walked in, said the xrays looked great and that was it. The overall office staff is nice."

"First I want to say I literally have a panic attack before I go to the dentist. This has been since I was a child. Since I've been seeing Kristy as my hygienist it's not as intense. I look forward to going in for my cleaning without tears. She is the best hygienist I have ever had! The one time I didn't realize my appointment wasn't with her I honestly was upset about it. AND she was there that day! I am required to go every 3 months for a cleaning. I am convinced she is the reason I haven't been referred back to the periodontist. She deep cleans my gums so well my mouth feels fresh for days AND I'm afraid to start eating again 😝 If she left this office. I would definitely be upset and I would probably follow her. If I ever needed to have another procedure done in the office (which I do and I've been putting it off) I might need her there to calm me down before they begin LOL My "favorite" dentist left the practice years ago and I wasn't happy about it...luckily I liked the new one. I hope this practice gives Kristy whatever she wants she is definitely an asset. Don't lose her! She is the type of person that patients will be happy to see and continue to return. She also takes the time to know you despite the limited time you spend with her. Sometimes all it takes is a smile. BTW my kids like her too!"

"For over twelve years I've been a patient of Concerned Dental's offices. Several accidents and poor care from the VA left my smile broken and crooked but Concerned always saw to my needs and worked diligently with my employer's insurance, even when it changed, to get me the best care and cosmetics. Once, my sinuses were so congested it felt like I needed a root canal. It was a Saturday and they were past closing time but they took me in for x-rays. The DDS reassured and relieved me. Their hygienists are the most meticulous and professional, especially Kristy whose own bright, straight smile reveals she takes her work home with her. She does her best to make sure your smile is just as perfect."

"Giving only 5 star to Alexandria Dr. Schwartz, and his Assistant Hector which was the Assistant to Dr. Greene the surgeon when he originally did the implants, like approximately Four yrs that when they had a perfect staff. Now the staff is broken with no surgeon, still the financial officer is still there, and I believe the company now has become all about ascertaining as much money as they can out of pocket, the receptionist and front desk staff never pick up the phone, and I do not know who oversee this office, there needs to be more supervision of staff when it comes to the front desk for appt etc. When there was supervision was when the Surgeon Dr. Greene worked there and Dr. Jay Feinsterock was in charge, Dr. Greene he put in my complete front implants and support implant dentures, The whole process went perfect and instead of 8 to 9 months to heal, being a woman of God, the healing was 5 month cost me a fortune everything including the support implant dentures went perfect. Took 4 yrs to pay off the two Loans. One of the tooth came out of the support denture cost me a fortune for replacement and two crowns, and new support implant dentures, I’m in debt for the next two years. In my opinion I believe the molding 2-3 times loosen the screw in the implant, now since there is no surgeon there since Dr. Greene left, I’ve been referred to another surgeon to try and remove the broken screw. Hopefully the implant won’t be damaged. I will now begin the question them about their warranty process for their quality of work for the out of this world prices the financial officer charge for the work. This is something that needs to address. Since they know you have credit, it seems they try and get as much money as they can, and put the individual like myself in 2-3-4 yrs to pay off the Loan. Quality has changed since Dr, Feinsterstock put the company’s into Concern Dental and since the surgeon Dr. Greene left. In my opinion They need to hire another professional all around surgeon and dental specialist. They also need other receptionist like Alexandra who will pick up phones and care about their jobs and the customer who pay their salaries by paying for the work."

"Hello my name is Jeanine and I'm a patient at concern dental I've had so many dentists in the past not good the stuff they did is already falling out just about the whole atmosphere of dentist office weren't good concerned dental I got greeted like I was a person they've known forever everybody that works there and I'm going to name them by name Jen Cheryl Emily Evan Dr Herman Dr wortenberg and Dr Ganz have shown such amazing talents I should say the root canals I have never had a root canal that I didn't have to get like knocked out for or guess nothing but Novocaine 10 minutes the best root canals I've ever had and I have seven more to go the other doctors you know one does extractions one does root canals one does crowns it's like one stop shopping the place itself the people of the front desk when you walk in you feel so comfortable all your worries go away I would recommend concerned dental to anybody it's in farmingville they have other offices but I don't know where you only have to do is Google it but I'm telling you if you need a dentist that's the place to go"

"**This is 100% an honest real review of Concerned Dental in Farmingville. I ended up at Concerned Dental after calling at least 15 other dentist offices that did not take my insurance. It was frustrating. I had alot of dental work that I needed done. It started with a root canal that my insurance did not cover. Jenn, one of the employees at Concerned helped me with figuring out how I would pay for the root canal I needed. I was really grateful & I felt like she actually cared. Once that was all taken care of I finally met the Dentist that would be doing the procedure. Dr. Rodopoulos was her name. I had SO much anxiety about having the procedure done. My heart was pounding so hard I could hear it in my ears ! Dr Rodopoulos literally made me feel so comfortable. I'm the type of person that likes to know what's going and she told me every step of the way ! I'm bringing my fiancee here from Sachem Dental, he wasn't happy with the way they did things over there. I really feel like this is my forever dentist. Which is a very good feeling. "When I first saw Dr. Regina I was filled with anxiety from a bad experience with another dentist. I hadn't been to one in over 6 years. Dr. Regina immediately set my mind at ease with her calm demeanor and extensive knowledge. She had me on a treatment plan and explained what she wanted to do at each step. From replacing all my metal fillings to root canals, the process was gentle and relatively pain free. Within 4 months, Dr. Regina had treated over 6 years of neglect in my oral care. She worked with my schedule (even coming in on an off day to treat me) and checked on me personally after each major step. I cannot recommend Dr. Regina more highly. I wish more medical professionals were like her."

"Heard at least 4 apologies in past few month for inconvenience to me yet I never felt any were due me simply said Dr. Gantz insisted on getting it right (colors for crowns) and that level of pride in one’s work carried with it enormous confidence to the patient. I was never feeling inconvenienced but instead in care of good hands. I travel back and forth from PA and NY and have limited times in NY. Jennifer and I spoke and she understood my schedule promising to contact the lab, coordinate the color technician to come to office and she would work on several options. While in PA jennifer called me but it didn’t work out because I was not due back in NY so jennifer just did what she said she would…she kept up with attempts to coordinate this important next visit and she did not give up until my schedule lined up with when the technician would be at the office. I forgot but jennifer would not allow me to forget and today the meeting was completed and a color match was confirmed! A part of me says oh it’s just teeth but no….your efforts are allowing me to keep my smile and for that I am very grateful!"

"Today was my second trip to this dentist office. The first visit was great! I got in early, which never happens anywhere, and everyone was very nice and welcoming. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 5 years, but I didn’t feel judged by the staff. The did my cleaning and I was out. Today I came back for a couple of fillings. I will say that there was a bit of a wait, but once I was called back it didn’t take long at all. I have pretty severe anxiety and have never had to get a filling before so I was more than a little nervous. I had Dr. Campbell and he calmed my worries the minute he entered the room. He is super personable and made me feel right at ease without even knowing it was my first time. The process was fairly quick and surprisingly painless. I was very happy with the results. He was also very patient with me and making sure everything was done correctly and to my liking. I didn’t feel rushed at all. It’s nice to find a doctor that appears to actually listen and care without rushing you out the door. I will definitely be coming back to Dr. Campbell for any of my future dentistry needs and recommending him to my friends and family!!"

At first I was annoyed--but I AM SO GLAD THAT IT WORKED OUT LIKE THAT. Dr. Ndoj is the best! When I got to the office they saw me immediately, which I really appreciate. Make sure you arrive on time to your appointment because they move quickly and are on schedule! The thing I really liked about Dr. Ndoj is that you can tell he’s not just a good dentist but a good person. He works with his patients and is very personable. My very first visit was an emergency, I broke my tooth they had me in with in a couple of hours of my call and fixed it right away. My second visit was an emergency I had a tooth infection and again in within 20 minutes of my call, they had me in the chair and determined the problem and came up with a course of action to help me. I need a lot of work done, I have seen the oral surgeon, the root canal specialist, the Hygienist and the regular dentist and each one of them have been amazing, friendly, comforting and caring. The office staff goes above and beyond to help you, from getting you in quickly to fighting with your insurance to get things covered. He also examined my records and informed me of things that I had no knowledge of. He has also redone and fixed things that were previously done that were not correctly done. "I absolutely have to give these guys 5 stars because of how wonderfully easy and convenient my experience has been so far. From the moment I called unsure of how to select the company as a dental provider for my insurance (and the lady I spoke to twice whose name escapes me) as the woman went well above and beyond to help me at times when I was confused to my appointments and how quickly I was seen both times I went, I had a far easier and better time than when I used to see dentists in manhattan. I can't speak for others and their past experiences with this dental office, but their support staff were extremely welcoming, very helpful, understanding of my complex situation when it came to scheduling appointments, and provided me with more than enough information to help make decisions on how to go about follow ups. The hygienist, michelle, was super helpful too in pointing out what she felt I needed to work on, and unlike past visits when I'd have someone look at me and the deep scale cleanings were done so fast at a different office, I felt that for any work I needed done, something was actually done to help me. All in all, I've had a fantastic experience here and I was thankful they made it as easy as possible for my experience there, that I scheduled my next appointment despite possibly not having any insurance anyways and paying out of pocket because I feel confident that my interests are being taken into account. "I went to Concerned dental in need of all four of my Wisdom teeth removed. After a consult with Dr Herman he suggested we remove all four at once, this was a little concerning to me especially since he does not use I.V sedation. I opted to just get two removed at a time, upper and lower right side. Once I was completely numb Dr Herman made sure I was comfortable and couldn't feel anything before he Began the extraction. Once he started all I felt was some pressure, and in less than 5min both teeth were removed. I didn't even realize both teeth were done! I had very little discomfort later on at night that a couple of Advil helped with. I had absolutely no swelling at all, even the next day. I will be going back to have my other two removed. I appreciate Dr. Herman making me feel comfortable and acknowledging my concerns!"

"I am probably the worst nightmare for dentists because a) I read peer reviewed journals a lot , b) I have had bad experiences with dentists. and c) I am nervous. All that means that CD had a lot to live up to. Im happy to say that every dental professional, I have been in contact with thus far, has been professional, informative and patient. I have a Root Canal Treatment that unfortunately left me with mild parathesia. The dentist who was supposed to do the crowns would not do it until my numbness had gone. I was a RARE case and he did EXACTLY what he was supposed to do. I appreciated this a lot because you need doctors with a consience. (B12 helped too). I have both my crowns. Fitted with no pain, or discomfort. I told my friend who had the same treatment (who has pain) to switch to mine because finally i have found a practice that seems to do what they are contracted to do.. dentistry! The office is clean, far from dingy and functional rooms. I didnt give a 5 because there is always room for improvement but so far so good. : )"

She always makes sure I’m numb before procedures.I also just had my first root canal this morning by Dr.Ortenberg and he explained the entire procedure before and during.He also made sure that I was never in any discomfort.I also like how honest he was and didn’t try to sugar coat anything such as ,you will feel pain and the location of my root canal was a little harder to work on.I also had a tooth pulled(can’t remember the doctors name) but he was also great! In a year and a half I was able to smile again and was the happiest girl in the world. Now, I go for my annual cleanings and I always leave there feeling satisfied with my experience. Wait time is average (10 minutes or so). The front desk staff is attentive and the dentists are very thorough. Personally, I've never been a fan of the dentist because my gums are sensitive but the dentists here take very good care of me!"

I was also pretty nervous before my appointment because i was about to have a root canal done. When I arrived the assistant assured me that everything would be fine and the worst part is usually getting numb. She treated her so well, and took such good care of her. On Friday, Dr. Hermann had to do extractions and put in her first set of dentures. He was impeccable and extremely knowledgeable. As far as the front desk and staff go, I have had nothing BUT A WONDERFUL experience. I am very picky with doctors and the staff I choose to go to as I have several chronic illnesses and see many specialists. I make it a point to be FRIENDLY and very kind and considerate to the staff. "Okay I just went here for the first time on Wednesday June 21st to have my wisdom tooth pulled honestly the front desk was very sweet to me , I waited maybe a hour , Dr Herman gave me 2 shots as soon as I felt something he gave me one more and honestly other than being super nervous and scared , I loved it here he took 3 teeth out in maybe 5 mins probably less. I apologized for making him stop a few times and he was super kind about it so I don't know why people are giving them 1 star or think he's nasty the next day after he pulled my tooth I felt almost no pain at all I used the ice but my face wasn't super swollen and now it's Friday and I'm so thankful for dr Herman and his staff I'll continue to go here because I am no longer in agony"
"Went for a Root canal and a Root Canal Retreat. Had both procedures done same day and it was the best experience ever!! No pain at all..I was still in shock when I was told that it was all done. It went so smooth and well I'm still amazed how great this experience went for me. I know everyone is different but I can honestly say that this doctor was Amazing. He deserves an AAAAA++++++ After the procedure it was ok after a few hours i had no major pain. I just made sure I ate small portions, soft foods other then that everything was great! I would definitely recommend this Doctor for root canal treatment he is just the BEST!!"

"I've gone here for my cleanings and periodontal surgery. I've always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. The staff always greets me with a smile and I'm usually taken right away when I show up on time for my appointments and leave with post care instructions, and complimentary supplies. I usually get confirmation texts and a call if they need to push my appointment back whether it's a hour or a week (providing the variety of services they do, it appears that different staff are only in certain days). I can't say why some people are posting the negative reviews because I'm not there to see what happened in person , but I will say as with many places, give respect and you get respect. I understand mouth pain can make everyone a little cranky, but show up on time without an attitude, with your paperwork in order (insurance, etc) and with a little understanding and people will respond in kind. Their payment plan also helps easy the financial strain that can come with complex dental work."

"This is an excellent place to go for your teeth. I've been going here for five years. My only complaint is that they are always late. I make my cleaning appointments for 9am and have to wait 30-45 minutes before getting seen. Every time. The staff is wonderful and patient. I've seen them deal very well with disgruntled customers. That’s what I heard. It sucked and is the emotional equivalent to having a condom filled with fire ants. I live in Los Angeles & I also have a home on Long Island. I was visiting my family last March I needed 2 emergency root canals!!! Can you say the WORST visit to NY ever? How can I be on Long Island with all that delicious pizza & food and not be able to eat?? Torture. Almost a year later my California dentist tells me to go to a friend of his because I need another root canal. HELL NO.I purposely flew 3,000 miles just to make an appointment with Dr.B because I know it will be painless and done correctly. This Endodontist is truly spectacular. He had an assistant named Linda and she was friendly, gentle and made you feel at ease while she was running the room. Terrific team, epic players. Kudos to Dr.Bonanno and the assistant Linda. If I ever need another Root Canal I will not hesitate to fly across country AGAIN just to book an appointment with him!!!
