"Today I had the most pleasant experience ever in going to the dentist. I just changed to this provider and I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. I usually dread going to the dentist even for routine dental treatment such as cleanings because some dentist can be very aggressive and harsh, causing an unpleasant experience. Not to mention, the lack of attentiveness you may receive from uncourteous staff members. However, the staff here was so amazing. They were extremely kind, friendly, and hospitable. I arrived on time to my appointment and I was attended to right away, without delay. I received a teeth cleaning by Franchesca and she was so sweet, gentle, and very informative. I appreciated how she constantly made sure to ask if I was comfortable and educated me on helpful self care tips and info. It's refreshing to receive care from people who are truly passionate about what they do. Kudos to you guys for being so superb!"

"On 12/3/24 I had a 3 pm appt & arrived about 15 minutes early. Signed in & was told all the paperwork was complete. I waited a few minutes & Paola called me for my cleaning. She’s my favorite hygienist because of her work ethic. She is thorough & personable. After my cleaning was completed I returned to the waiting room. I was next called for my X-rays. Again a friendly but professional technician did my X-rays. Once again I returned to the waiting room. Next I was taken to a room for me to be checked by Dr. Endoy. He always checks my teeth, lymph nodes & under my tongue. I always feel I have been treated well & look forward to my next appointment. Thank you to all the staff at Concerned Dental! June 2024 Had a 9am appointment. Arrived a few minutes early. I was given forms to update my account. Even though I hadn’t finished my paperwork Paola called me in for my cleaning. Paola is the best hygienist I have ever had which is why I only use her for my cleanings. She is very good at her job without me feeling any pain. I have had other hygienists who have caused me pain in my mouth as well as headaches when they finished. I never had those problems with Paola. I returned to the waiting room to finish the paperwork but was then called for my X-rays. The technician was great. She was friendly & professional; she made sure all of the pictures were clear before I returned to the waiting room once again. I still hadn’t finished the forms when I was called in to see Dr. Endoy. While I waited in the chair I finished the paperwork. Dr. Endoy was in to see me within a few minutes of me being in the chair. He always puts me at ease. He does a cancer check before actually checking my teeth. Again, he is the only dentist I have ever had do that. All of my services were completed without me waiting very long at all. I had my cleaning , X-rays & check-up all completed within 45minutes. I highly recommend Paola & Dr. Endoy at Concerned Dental Care for your dental needs."

"I had a 10:30 appointment for a cleaning, was checked in quickly asked to pay my fee which I had no problem paying electronically. I was called in on time and was out at 11:05. All the associates treated me with respect. While I waited I watched a little bit of "Dances With Wolves," to help pass time - I had gotten there early. Ny only complaint is that the two TV sets should be working in the waiting room. One of them is not on."
"Paula was amazing. In all the years I’ve been to a dentist. She has been the best at cleaning my teeth. This is the first time in years I left without my mouth being in pain from a cleaning. "Today I had another excellent experience at Concerned Dental Care of Westchester. I had a tight schedule and mistakenly forgot to reschedule this appointment which conflicted with a class presentation. I arrived extra early for my appointment in case the 8:00 a.m. person missed their appointment or was late. The front desk staff was so helpful and I was out in time to make my virtual presentation. I have very sensitive gums and have always experienced pain during my regular cleanings. Marilyn, the dental hygienist was very friendly and gentle with my cleaning. She was quick and provided wonderful service. Because of past dental issues, I have had to pay extra money with each cleaning even having cleanings done 4 times a year. Since going to Concerned Dental Care of Westchester, I have reduced my visits to twice a year with no extra expenses. I am thankful to my new dentist , Dr. Maksim Ndoj and his expert and caring staff."

"Maxine was my dental hygienist for each of my cleanings. She is so thorough, she does a wonderful job. She does NOT give 3 minute cleanings, oh no! She goes in! (which is what I love- I enjoy it a little rough) She will take care of you completely. I'm so comfortable I almost fall asleep in the chair knowing I have nothing to worry about because she's going to do the job I'm paying for. She answers all questions and makes sure you leave satisfied and have a chance to speak with your dentist if you'd like. She always has suggestions to improve my dental health that nowhere in my 30+ years I've ever heard of in any other dental office. This office is expeditious and thorough. I can't see me going anywhere else. They have lots of services as well, and offer them at reasonable prices."

"My son is a patient here, so far the patient had been good. The dental hygienist who last saw my son this month (July 2023) is absolutely great!!! I believe her name is Blanca (or Bianca) as she is super friendly, efficient, and thorough! Warning that parking can be difficult in that area. We normally do not wait long for x-rays and cleaning but wait time for the dentist has taken longer. Our last visit took a lot longer due to waiting for the dentist (although he is always super nice) but he just walked in, said the xrays looked great and that was it. The overall office staff is nice."

"First I want to say I literally have a panic attack before I go to the dentist. This has been since I was a child. Since I've been seeing Kristy as my hygienist it's not as intense. I look forward to going in for my cleaning without tears. She is the best hygienist I have ever had! The one time I didn't realize my appointment wasn't with her I honestly was upset about it. AND she was there that day! I am required to go every 3 months for a cleaning. I am convinced she is the reason I haven't been referred back to the periodontist. She deep cleans my gums so well my mouth feels fresh for days AND I'm afraid to start eating again 😝 If she left this office. I would definitely be upset and I would probably follow her. If I ever needed to have another procedure done in the office (which I do and I've been putting it off) I might need her there to calm me down before they begin LOL My "favorite" dentist left the practice years ago and I wasn't happy about it...luckily I liked the new one. I hope this practice gives Kristy whatever she wants she is definitely an asset. Don't lose her! She is the type of person that patients will be happy to see and continue to return. She also takes the time to know you despite the limited time you spend with her. Sometimes all it takes is a smile. BTW my kids like her too!"

Very accommodating office staff in general although I personally have my favorites. ;) Even after I have moved so far, from this practice before the city shut down, finding time to get my cleaning is a must! I had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but I don't have it as much since I have been going to Concerned Dental and it's because of the people that work there like Melody, the hygienist and Sara who set me up for the cleaning and took my X-rays. "I like this office. I don’t know why there is a lot of negative reviews on the oral surgeon. He extracted 4 of my wisdom teeth and although I was awake during the procedure, I didn’t feel pain during it. Of course, I have pain post extractions but that is normal and I think he is a good surgeon who was very polite and did a good job. He even said I was a great patient. I also go here now for cleanings and the ladies at the desk are wonderful."

THERE IS NO INTERPERSONAL STRESS HERE. They are kind, quick, and matter-of-fact. I’ve had an extraction and a cleaning here and seriously they were the best experiences I have ever had with dental work. I am not afraid to come back every 6 months."

"My family and I just started going here about 2weeks ago. Amazing staff. Front dest are super friendly, The hygienist took her time cleaning, did not feel rush. The dentist my sons saw was super friendly and explained everything to my kids so they can understand. The dentist my wife and I had was awesome as well. Highly recommend this dentist office."
