What Type of Oral Technologies Are Offered?
Some of the dental technologies that we use at our New York City offices are:
Digital X-rays: Digital dental x-rays are used to produce very clear, high-quality images of the mouth, and use much less radiation than traditional methods. These are useful in evaluating the health of your mouth, finding cavities, and diagnosing dental diseases.
Intraoral Cameras (IOCs): Intraoral cameras allow our dental team to get a good look at the inside of the mouth. More traditional, handheld mirrors tend to fog up and distort our view, so IOCs are very helpful in seeing the soft tissues of the mouth.
CBCT Scan: A CBCT (cone-beam computed tomography) is performed when a cone-shaped x-ray beam is moved around the patient. This dental scan produces a large number of images and is used to get a good look at the jaw, bone structures of the face, the sinuses, and more.

I am new patient and this review is specific about Alexandra, who helped with scheduling and logistics. She was extremely professional, kind, and skilled in scheduling. Although there were no appointments available without a long wait, she booked an appointment for me and said she would call back if an opening came through cancellation. She texted me all of the contact information for her, the practice, the appointment information, and what I would need. And when a cancellation came up, she called me and rescheduled my appointment.Having worked in scheduling before, I know it's not magic to efficiently collect insurance info, check schedules, and follow up on cancellations -- even when it fells magical -- it's skill. Really impressive.
This is a Most Do Review..I always grow up with FEAR to dentists, this is why I ended up with very bad dental issues.. till I finally found Concern Dental .. and meet my Dentist..Dr.Evan B. Schwarz. This is the man that made sure that I relax enough abd took his time and made me feel confident and relax enough to get my whole mouth done. Thanks to my Beautifull Dentist I am able to Smile and feel good about my self and because of him I decided to become a Silver Model, I never forget my 1 st gig was Dental Commercial. It's great to know when staff cares and goes the extra mile to help people make an appointment.My tooth is still savable but every in-network endodontist within a 50 mi radius had no appointments until at least August. But at concerned dental care Alexandra put me on a wait list and quickly called me back to fill the next available cancellation. So grateful; teeth are a great thing to take care of
Went to get a cleaning today with my kids, i usually go there but this time i had Beth the dental hygienist this was my first time meeting her, she was friendly, professional and so gentle, was very happy with my cleaning, thank you for your great service Beth.
