This was my first time at Concerned Dental. I was cheerfully greeted at the front desk. Everybody was friendly and welcoming. X-rays were taken and Chris cleaned my teeth. He did a great job and gave me some good advice about cleaning my teeth. The doctor came in and based on my X-rays, gave me advice about some work that I needed and how best to proceed.There was a problem with my insurance and the ladies at the desk gave assured me that it could be worked out.All in all I had a very positive experience.Thank you all.

He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions thoroughly, and makes you feel completely comfortable and confident in your care.Chris was equally fantastic—friendly, gentle, meticulous, and extremely thorough. He made the entire cleaning experience comfortable and easy, and I really appreciated his attention to detail.The whole visit felt efficient without ever feeling rushed.
