Dr. Maksim Ndoj is a skilled doctor of dental medicine. He first earned his integrated Master of Science degree in dentistry from Tirana University of Medical and Dental Sciences in 2004, then went on to receive advanced international dentistry training from the State University of New Jersey at Rutgers University in 2017. He has received advanced training in Invisalign®, implants, bio-molecular and genetics, and more. Dr. Ndoj has participated in a number of volunteer projects, including; Give Kids a Smile, Brush Up Newark, and Care For Children Program. Some of his research includes "Necrotizing Ulcerative Stomatitis, A Manifestation of Profound Neutropenia" (American Academy of Oral Medicine), "Effects of Smoking on Gingivitis", and "Caries Distribution Among School-age Children". To better serve all of his patients, Dr. Ndoj speaks four languages — English, Italian, Albanian, and Old Latin.

Just had a great experience at CDC of West. The hygienist was professional and gave me a thorough cleaning. Dr. Ndoj is a true gentleman and family man on top of being a "concerned" medical professional whose first concern is his patient. I put singular patient, because he makes you feel like you are the only one he is treating, even reluctant to take a question while examining you!
Amazing, caring staff, from the doctors to the hygienist, manager, receptionist. Always welcoming, and do their best to accommodate base on your needs. Dr. Ndoj was amazingly caring with my son.
12.15.23 2nd Review I just can not sing Dr. Ndoj and his team enough praises. They are absolutely the best. Every single appointment i have had since he became my dentist has been exceptional. I don’t think many ppl can say this about their dental experience but you could if he was your dentist. He and his assistant work so well together they make the best team. Maksim Ndoj is the best! He is very friendly and calmed my nerves. He made me feel prioritized as a patient as well as comfortable. He delivers care in a non-judge mental manner which was very important to me. I can’t wait to continue my dental journey with him :)
I had the best experience at concerned dental care the front desk staff is so friendly and patient, my teeth cleaning was amazing I walked out with brand new teeth. Dr.NDOJ is amazing he is so kind funny I felt like I was hanging out with my family at home
