Notice: Our practice is currently reaching out to reschedule appointments through April 6th. We are closing our office for routine care at the recommendation of the CDC/WHO. If you have any questions about our fees please feel free to discuss them with us. Patients are expected to pay for professional services at the time they are rendered. Fees for the initial examination and any emergency visits are payable at the time of the first appointment. After examination and diagnosis, a complete description of the needed treatment and a written estimate will be provided to the patient. Our treatment plan coordinators will be pleased to assist our patients in selecting, from our various payment options, the method of payment most suitable to their individual needs.
Our goal is to help remove the financial barriers so our patients can receive the dental care they need and desire. We have offices conveniently located across the greater New York City area including the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, Westchester and Long Island. Many patients have some kind of dental insurance. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of the cost of your treatment. Insured patients will receive cost estimates broken down by insured and uninsured costs. We ask you pay your uninsured costs when we schedule your procedures. Insurance is a contract between the insurance company and the patient – not the dentist. The patient is responsible for all charges for dental care. We do, however accept the assignment of your insurance benefits.
Please bring a completed insurance form and eligibility card if required with you for each visit so that we may send it in promptly for reimbursement from your insurance company. We want you to receive the maximum payment as soon as possible from your dental plan. We enjoy working with families who are covered by dental insurance, we are totally committed to assisting our patients realize their maximum benefits. Our insurance departments will happily assist our patients in preparing the necessary forms for this important benefit.
The office can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage and patients need to understand that they will always be responsible for their total obligation should their insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. All estimates are based on information provided to us by your insurance company and are not a guarantee of payment.

Ability to pay is of deep concern to many dental patients. We share your concern and are prepared to offer you a number of payment options. We will discuss the payment plan best suited for you, in privacy, and assist you with all arrangements.

With these financing plans, you can finance 100% of your dental treatment and there are no upfront costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties. There are a full range of payment plans, so you can find one that works for you.
CareCredit also allows for revolving payments with a variable interest rate and up to 18 months of 0% interest. It can be used by the whole family for ongoing treatment without having to reapply. Other interest free plans are available as well as longer term plans for low monthly payments to fit your budget.
